Obnoxious staff, no elivator, flooding of the gym but nice room.

It was a good location. No elevator

Cons:

The staff were very unaccommodating. They did not trust the booking or payment. Wasted a lot of my time. Got calls from reception at 11AM at night. Very disappointed. They also made me pay for breakfast.

Pleasant,comfortable overnight stay.
Pros:

It has beautiful lush gardens and big room, and excellent restaurants.

Cons:

The rooms adjoining the street are too noisy. I had to go for an (expensive) upgrade to get away from the noise.

Pros:

Location is perfect for business travelers, central location. Food at the pool restaurant was exceptional. The Hotel history board and the garden are a good add.
