Perfekt für Kampala
Pros:

Es ist ein wirklich schönes Hotel, bietet alles was man erwartet: super Service, sauber, die Restaurants sind top, Lage ist auch okay um Kampala zu erkunden und das Spa hat mir auch gefallen.
Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war nicht so der Knaller, es war riesig mit 3 Betten im Erdgeschoss und es haben neben der Deckenbeleuchtung Lichtquellen wie zb eine Nachttischlampe gefehlt. Nächstes Mal würde ich auf das gebuchte Balkonzimmer bestehen. Aber da das Hotel ansonsten toll ist, war es nicht so schlimm.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff; great for business trips (for working and leisure time!)
Pros:

This is a fantastic hotel, very picturesque with lovely grounds/garden, boutique shops and a great pool area with bar and restaurant. All staff were lovely and friendly, remembering my name all the time and going out of their way for example helping me with printing. I will definitely stay here during my next visit to Kampala; I was sad to leave!

Cons:

I had some challenges during check in as I was being charged the hotel's standard rate rather than the discounted one I had booked here on booking.com. I also prepaid for airport taxis but they tried to charge me again for this. We need however manage to sort it all out the next day and then the rest of my stay was excellent.

Nydelig flott hotell, god service og trygt og flott!
Pros:

Nydelig oase av et sted i Kampala. Flotte omgivelser og fine steder å sitte utendørs. To fine restauranter og fine hotellrom. God service og veldig hyggelige ansatte! Nydelig frokost i flotte omgivelser ute.

Cons:

Det var ganske lytt til vårt rom fra gangen (åpen ventilasjon) så det var det eneste som plaget oss litt om natten.

Exceptionally good
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful this place is. The structure, the garden and the rooms set up is very artistic and inspiring. I really like everything placed at the room (particularly the nice leather armchair). Staff were very professional and helpful. There are two luxury restaurants at the premises. If it wasn't for the mosquitos I would spend hours just sitting outside and enjoy the poolside and the garden. Would have been happier if there were other food options at walking distance.

Cons:

one negative side about the rooms is the soundproofing. The noise from the corridor and other rooms is very loud due to the door structure. No attention been given to soundproofing.

Pros:

I have tried many Hotels in Kampala in the same price range and this Hotel beats them all. From the staff to the Room itself. I have become a regular guest.
+ Clean Rooms
+Full Intercontinental Breakfast
+Very friendly Staff
+ Quiet stay
+ Central Location

Cons:

-Unfortunatly no bathtubs in the rooms, but that is just my personal preference
- Quite Expensive pricing per Day and no seasonal Price droppings, but that's unfortunately the same in all the other Hotels in Kampala

Amazing service but leaking bathroom
Pros:

Amazing restaurant and all other services nearby like massage, souvenir shop, haircut, tour and more. The hotel located right inside of the garden like place and the ambience is quite good.

Cons:

However, the facility inside is not good. My bathroom keeps leaking water out whenever I took shower and I have to be super careful but still. Leaking all the time.
