Home at Tangier
Pros:

Location is easy to find
Rooms were so spacious and the apartment is big, clean and modern
Room service is available every day
Kitchen is well equiped so it is easy to bring your own food and drinks and washing machine was available which was hellpful
We asked for iron they gave us one
Ac is available in every room and flat was cooled well
Security outdoor parking for the car
Staff were friendly and helpful
Coffee at breakfast was so good and I have to give credit to the guy at resturant making it he was so attentive
Walking distance to a very good cafe and resturant with nice view
Wifi was strong and covering all rooms though it was cut for couple of hours in one day but was fixed later

Cons:

Swimming pool for adults was so small and crowded which didn't give us chance to swim in addition to the strong wind at that part of Tangier
Flat were noisy a bit noises from other flats can be heared easily
Sofas in living room were not that comfortable
Resturant where breakfast is a bit far walking distance of 3 to 5 minutes if you have elderly person could be challenging
Varaities at breakfast needed, quality of bakery was poor
Location is far from city center so car is needed

CATASTROPHIQUE !!!!
Cons:

Séjour catastrophique, je déconseille fortement cet appart'hôtel.
À notre arrivée, le premier appartement était dans un état de propreté inadmissible (voir photos) : poussière, rouille, canapé abîmé, peignoir déchiré, fourmis et autres petites bêtes. La porte des toilettes se bloquait complètement ; j'ai même été enfermée à l'intérieur et mon mari a dû forcer la porte pour me faire sortir. Un véritable problème de sécurité.
Nous avons ensuite été changés d'appartement avec un soi-disant "surclassement"... En réalité, c'était le même appartement, avec seulement une vue sur la piscine.
Dès la première nuit, la climatisation est tombée en panne. Signalée à 9h58, on nous promet un technicien "tout de suite", qui n'est finalement arrivé qu'à 13h30. Nous avons également dû relancer plusieurs fois la réception pour obtenir des serviettes propres et des housses d'oreiller, remises seulement à 22h30.
Le seul point positif est la dame de ménage, d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme exemplaires.
Le petit-déjeuner est très décevant : salle sans climatisation, chaleur étouffante, buffet minuscule et identique tous les jours.
Malgré tous ces désagréments, aucun geste commercial ne nous a été accordé, sous prétexte d'un "surclassement" qui n'en était pas un.
Enfin, à chacune de mes visites à la réception, j'entendais d'autres clients se plaindre, ce qui montre que notre expérience n'était malheureusement pas un cas isolé.
Au vu du prix payé, les prestations sont indignes. Je n'y remettrai jamais les pieds et je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

Het ontbijt was top! Zwemmen was top, wij kwamen als gezin, en iedereen heeft heerlijk gezwommen en gegeten. 'S avonds prachtig zicht op de zee en de magische zonsondergang, zelfs de prachtige maan nog gezien in de voormiddag. Tijdens de hittegolf was er heerlijke verkoeling in de zwembaden.
Wij hadden het apartement van 8personen en het was zeer ruim en met dakterras!

La présence uniquement de la machine a café classique géré par une seule personne ce qui rend le service trés lent, il faut attendre parfois plus de 15 min pour avoir un café.

Qualité efficacité serviabilité et sécurité
Pros:

J’ai aimé le personnel était super agréable ainsi que les agents de sécurité, le petit déjeuner était top avec un personnel de cuisine serviable sans parler de la vue qui est vraiment magnifique.

Cons:

Juste 2 ou 3 petits cafards que j’ai vu dans la chambre mais rien d’alarmant

Pros:

Excellent séjour ! L'endroit est calme, très propre et l'espace est formidable.
La piscine est impeccable, la literie très confortable, et le petit-déjeuner est à la fois varié et très bon.

Cons:

Le seul détail à améliorer serait de mettre des pantoufles à disposition en chambre.
