Tolle Aussicht, 80m zum Strand! Mit Kindern perfekt!

Gut Ausgestattet, teilweise etwas Abnutzung aber alles im Rahmen. Nichts großartiges.

Ottima la posizione, letto comodo, casa grande. Il proprietario è stato gentile nel prestarci l'ombrellone.

Cons:

Mancanza dei prodotti base come olio aceto sale zucchero, sapone per piatti e spugna. Da dover comprare in autonomia. Mancanza del phone che è difficile da portarsi arrivando in aereo.

Pros:

Molto cordiale e disponibile il personale, la posizione del residence è ottima per andare in diverse spiagge della costa Smeralda e ottimo per restare nella spiaggia bianca vicino al residence raggiungibile a piedi.
Alla sera in 5 minuti si è a Golfo Aranci che offre molte attrazioni per turisti

Die Lage ist perfekt. 5 Min. zur Spiagga Bianca, sehr schöner Strand.

Cons:

Renovationsbedürftig. Gasherd funktionierte nicht vollständig, Dusche in sehr schlechtem Zustand, hatten nicht immer warmes Wasser.

Very clean, roomy apartment in close proximity to the white beach! The balcony allows for nice views of the sunset (although our particular one shows more of the parking spot than the water).
The surrounding area is also very picturesque, creating the perfect somer vacation feel!
The staff was also helpful when we had questions although it wasn't always easy to communicate with english.

Cons:

You should definitely come with a car since the next grocery store is located in the next village! The bus (line 610) worked for us, but was infrequent and quite unreliable (although it was fine for coming from and going to Olbia).
Besides the many provided utensils for cooking in the kitchen and towels and appliances in the bathroom, we were missing soap for washing our hands and two towels were stained. Beds were a bit too uncomfortable.

Wonderful, highly reccomend!
Pros:

Location was ideal with the kids, we walked to the beach every day. Lovely view from the balcony, where we had most meals. Loved it!

Cons:

Check in was a bit hard to figure out as we did not receive instructions and there were no signs for the reception.

Très bel emplacement
Pros:

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, avec le sourire, toutes les explications claires nécessaires, et des boissons offertes dans le frigo, c'est toujours sympa. Le logement était très propre et bien spacieux, avec 2 salles de bain pour 2 chambres, une belle terrasse ombragée avec de belles plantations dans le jardin. Résidence calme et accès sécurisé, parking gratuit toujours disponible, wifi gratuit. Dans notre logement les draps et serviettes étaient fournis. Magnifique grande plage de sable fin à 3 min à pieds en contrebas. Le propriétaire et les employées sont très sympathiques et à l'écoute !

Cons:

Quelques petits points qui ne coûtent pas grand chose pouvant être améliorés : changer les poêles qui sont complètement rayées, changer l'étendoir à linge qui est rouillé, graisser et raboter les portes qui grincent et raclent le sol.. la plupart des moustiquaires sont trouées également. La première semaine nous avions des voisins au dessus très bruyants, on entend tout. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer de très belles vacances dans cet appartement, et nous recommandons ce lieu

Pros:

It is situated very close to the beautiful beach with white sand. The sea is peaceful and warm, suitable for children but also for swimming. The beach is reason, why i would come back. We also enjoyed garden in front of the bungalov. Big trees, flowers, natural shaddow.

The accomodation was clean, but very basic.
