O hotel é ótimo. Cumpre com as expectativas e o quarto é exatamente igual a foto.
Em volta tem muitos restaurantes e cafés.
Tem um ponto de ônibus bem ao lado.
Fica um pouco longe de alguns pontos turisticos.

Convenient location. Staff over the phone is friendly, offered rebate for the next stay.

Cons:

Awful bathroom. The toilet rocks back and forth, and the bathroom vanity/furniture is rotting in place. The only bathroom vent opens into the bedroom, with the predictable result that moisture and odors spread throughout the room.
The room smells strongly of mold. There are two AC units (a wall unit and a window unit). I discovered that the wall unit's filter was covered in mold; after turning it off, the smell became much more tolerable.
The door uses a keypad lock, but it is broken from the inside, making it impossible to properly lock or secure the room from within.

Super Unterkunft für einen Zwischenstopp in Miami
Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer und kleines Bad, aber vollkommen ausreichend für ein paar Tage und den Preis. Freundliches Personal, immer interessiert daran, dass alles okay ist, antworten schnell auf Fragen. Direkt gegenüber Jimmys Eastside Diner für leckeres Frühstück und guten Kaffee.

L'emplacement du Treehouse est idéal pour se déplacer partout dans Miami avec une proximité des arrêts de bus desservant toute la ville.
La chambre est confortable avec une climatisation.
Le personnel prend contact par message afin de savoir si on a besoin de quelque chose tous les jours.

Estancia rapida de negocios en Miami

Es un hotel con excelente ubicacion, lineas de transporte cercanas, tiendas y restaurantes proximos... me asiganaron una habitacion amplia, limpia, comoda, la ducha con buena caida de agua.... muy recomendable
