Muy buen espacio, desayuno, y muy buen ubicado, estaba a dos cuadras de la zona T, que es zona de restaurantes y bares, alejada del centro pero en Uber llegas sin problema, tiene un supermercado a menos de 2 cuadras.

Great service and fantastic location.

La estadía aquí en Viaggio Country fue muy buena. La ubicación es excelente, súper limpio y el personal de trabajo aquí es excelente también. Desde los que trabajan en recepción (Edwin y Jasón) hasta la señora que hace el aseo, hacen la estadía tan placentera como en familia.

Great location. Very secure and safe. Fridge was broken besides that all was great. Good price too.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de Zona Rosa. Apartamento acogedor, el servicio de los chicos de recepción es excelente, hacen que tu estancia sea agradable.

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable, el desayuno esta bastante el wifi funciona bien, no es el mas rapido pero si funciona. Los unicos aspectos son mucho ruido ya que da a la avenida y para refrescar hay que abrir las ventanas y un par de veces duchandome el agua se iba por unos cuantos segundos

As an apart-hotel you would expect to be able to cook in the kitchen. However this is impossible as they don't provide you with any pots or pans, no cutlery, no mugs, no glasses, no plates. In fact nothing at all!

The WiFi was fine in the day but rubbish at night.

They tried to charge us tax that only Colombian citizens should pay. We refused to pay but they kept on asking and in the end locked us out of the room saying we couldn't get our stuff unless we paid the tax. Called the police and resulted in us not paying the tax as we are tourists!!

Area good but there are much cheaper hotels in the area that are better than this.

Personal muy atento y amable, la zona donde se encuentra ubicado es perfecta, un poco de ruido por la noche pero es lo normal por la zona.

This was supposed to be 3 stars but not much more than a 1 or even a hostile.
The site is confusing to navigate. I needed four bedrooms and when I showed at the hotel the staff said I had booked 8 bedrooms and the staff said nothing could be done about it. The hotel claims to be in Zona Rosa or Zona T depending on which page of the website you are on. Actually the hotel is just out side of those areas and in such a bad place our driver told us not to cross the street because the crime is so high. The sliding glass doors would not latch and there were no towels in the room when we arrived. When I asked the front desk for more they said the cleaning staff had gone home and there wouldn't be towels ready for hours. In the room the refrigerator wobbled so much when it was touched that some glasses slide off the top and broke. The safe didn't work and the staff didn't have the code. We ordered beer from the staff and it wasn't cold.
When I became irate the night clerk started laughing at me and said I was aggressive.
It wasn't until after I spoke with Expedia and they contacted the hotel that she showed up with towels and acted like hotel staff should. The day we left there was a used condom on the floor outside our door.

Excellent location with a lot of restaurants, bars and shopping malls within walking distance in zona T. Nice apartments, clean and comfortable. To improve rating it is recommended to analyze installation of elevator, also renew towels.

Su excelente ubicación en una de las mejores zonas turísticas lo hace muy atractivo para los visitantes de la ciudad.

El personal muy atento en todo momento, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. São apartamentos confortáveis e o pessoal muito atencioso. Sentimos falta dos utensílios de cozinha (panelas, pratos, talheres...) para utilização da mesma, mas solicitamos à recepção e tivemos tudo o que necessitamos. Faz falta também um elevador para subir a bagagem. O café da manhã deixou a desejar. O pão servido estava velho. Mesmo assim ainda considero ótimo custo-beneficio.

Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente

En general estuvo ok la estadía a excepción de un par de cosas, la falta de ascensor -al hacer la reserva no fui informada- mi reservación contaba con dos habitaciones pero solo una de ellas tenía TV y justo era la que daba hacia la calle y al ser un área super transitada y con bares y restaurantes por la noche fue complicado dormir. Las ventanas deberían de aislar mejor el ruido.

Great place to stay, right around the corner from good bars and restaurants. Solid breakfast as well. The woman at the desk didn’t know any English, so my very little Spanish made things a bit tougher to communicate with, but otherwise no problems at all

Hotel regular en todo sentido. Toallas en mal estado igual que almohadas y ropa de cama.
Para no volver

Muito boa estadia. Só faltou a troca de toalhas diariamente.
