Pros:

2階にあるカフェでの朝食が楽しみだったのですが工事中で食べれば残念でした。
しかし、地下にあるバーニャは700pから900pで１時間貸し切りにする事ができるのはとても良かったです。

フロントの感じが良い
Pros:

建物水回りは確かに古く、鍵も少し不安。フロントは感じが良い人ばかりでした。朝食はレストランが工事中で食べられず。2月までの改装と聞いていましたが、まだまだかかりそうです。その分の割引かサービスがあってもと思います。
冬は、ホテル手前の坂、氷道に注意して歩いてください。

ホテルは5階建てで、エレベーターがありませんが、ボーイさんが荷物を運んでくれました。無料のウォーターサーバーが1階と5階にありました。(他の階にもあるかもしれませんが)
タオルは毎日交換してくれ、ドライヤーもありました。
予約のときは朝食なしを選びましたが、朝食が無料でつきました。目玉焼きセット、オムレツセット、オートミールセットの3種類から選ぶことができました。
館内、部屋ではwifiが使えましたが、若干遅い感じがしました。
あと、空調が全館管理なのか、操作がよくわからず、寒くはないのですが、少し暑く感じた時がありましたが、調整できませんでした。

Неплохой отель. Все достаточно комфортно, за свою цену. Главный плюс отеля - расположение. В пешей доступности ж-д вокзал, набережная с прогулочной зоной, масса магазинчиков, кафе и ресторанов. Туристическая зона.

掃除は行き届いていたし、明るくて雰囲気もよく、シングルルームとしては十分な設備でした。何より、駅にも街中にも近いというロケーションがよかったと思います。

물에서 녹냄새 심함...색깔도 노랗더라구요..
아르바트중심거리에서 가까운건 좋았지만..뷰는 아예 기대할수도 없고.
조식도 진짜 맛없고..
블라디 호텔들이 대부분 가성비가 다 떨어지는듯요..

一人旅で利用

飛行機の遅れとバスが渋滞に巻込まれホテル到着は21時前になりましたが問題なく
チェックイン出来ました。駅からは登り坂のポシエツカヤ通りを10分程歩きます。
ホテルからさらに進むと下り坂となり5分ほどでスヴェトランスカヤ通りに出られます。
ペリメニで有名なローシキプローシキも直ぐで、ここで夕食としました。
部屋は5階でしたが階段のみです、浴槽はなくシャワーのみでした。湯温・湯量は
問題なく、石鹸、シャンプー、ドライヤーのみあり。
朝食は7～9時に2階カフェで食べられます。15種位から好きなものを取る方式です。
駅や中心街へも徒歩圏で立地は良いと思います。坂道やエレベーターなしの問題は
ありますが、私はリュック一つなのでまた利用すると思います。
