Dormir dans une cellule confortable et profiter d’espaces communs chaleureux : une expérience à vivre
Pros:

Une expérience exceptionnelle et une transformation parfaitement réussie de ce bâtiment ! On visualise parfaitement la prison mais on ressent une chaleur dans les espaces communs tout à fait inattendue !
La propreté des espaces communs : douches, wc et cuisine était remarquable.
Literie confortable et j’ai été agréablement surprise par le calme malgré la proximité des chambres/cellules.
Autre atout : la proximité du centre à pied

Cons:

J’aurai simplement apprécié un petit déjeuner plus diversifié.

Pros:

Snídaňová nabídka byla dostačující, byla průběžně doplňována včetně výborné kávy. Příjemné a čisté sociální zařízení. K dispozici po celý den dobře vybavená kuchyně.

Cons:

Do pokoje v přízemí doléhá hluk (hlasy, TV) ze společenské místnosti, kam vedou dveře.

Ett bra dygn
Pros:

Anexet var stort och rymligt, stora sängar. Det var bra att det fanns ramp till Anexet. Det var kort promenadväg till stan. Trevlig personal.

Cons:

Wc-stolen krånglade, ingen hårtork på rummet.

Hotel 1861 är ett charmigt och annorlunda hotell i Umeås gamla cellfängelse, med historisk miljö, centralt läge, trevlig atmosfär och en riktigt bra frukost , en vistelse utöver det vanliga. Trevlig inredning i allmänna utrymmen.

En natt på fängelset 😘
Pros:

Ett mycket trevligt och mysigt hotell. Skön säng. Fräsch dusch rum med schampo, balsam och duschtvål. Fanns badrockar och handdukar.
Liten frukost men så trevlig frukost är. Bra att det fanns kylskåp att förvara egen mat och alla tillbehör fanns i köket
