Le camera era spaziosa e dotata di ogni confort, la colazione era buona
Esasperante l’insistenza dei camerieri e dei facchini per la pretesa delle mance, la piscina era praticamente utilizzabile solo se si pranzava e quindi si occupava un dehor, poiché lettini dove poter prendere il sole non esistevano, inoltre al ristorante il primo
Giorno abbiamo chiesto un piatto di pasta senza aglio, invece non hanno rispettato la richiesta.
Le petit déjeuner est inmangable il n’y a quasiment rien et le peu est pas bon. La chambre sentait l’humidité nous n’étions pas confortable du tout.
La piscine est une pattogoire minuscule, parking inexistant.

Le petit déjeuner peu fourni, personnel peu agréable et investi , manque d’isolation avec l’extérieur ++ bruit non stop jusqu’à 3 h du matin

I did not like the high value for massage. It is about 3 times compared to other hotels.

Très belle expérience à l’hôtel Dar El Marsa. Tout était au rendez-vous : chambre confortable et très propre, personnel accueillant et professionnel, superbe rooftop, excellent petit déjeuner et emplacement idéal.
Seul point négatif : le réseau Internet, avec des coupures fréquentes. C’est vraiment dommage et cela mériterait d’être amélioré, car ce problème n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles.
Dans l’ensemble, un très bon séjour et une adresse que je recommande.

Location and rooftop.
I really wanted to love Dar El Marsa. The location is fantastic, the views are beautiful, and the hotel has a lot of charm. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match the premium price.
The main issue was my room. As soon as I walked in, I knew it wasn’t going to work. It was on the first floor, in the corner, directly facing the street. The traffic noise was constant, there was virtually no privacy, and I couldn’t even enjoy the balcony because people were passing right below. It simply wasn’t the peaceful sea-view experience I had booked.
Unfortunately, it took three nights to resolve the issue. I received conflicting information from staff, including promises of a room change that never happened, and I spent most of my stay trying to sort it out. Thankfully, once Nadia became involved on the fourth day, the situation was resolved immediately, and I was finally able to enjoy the experience I had paid for during my last two nights.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable, the breakfast was quite basic for a hotel in this price range, and the pool area lacked comfortable lounge chairs for guests wanting to relax or sunbathe. Since the pool bar is also open to non-guests, it often didn’t feel like an exclusive hotel space.
Overall, while the hotel has some strengths, the room allocation and inconsistent communication meant the experience didn’t justify the premium price. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe de Dar El Marsa pour ce séjour exceptionnel ! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueillie avec beaucoup de professionnalisme, de gentillesse et de bienveillance.
La propreté de l’hôtel est irréprochable, les chambres sont impeccables et le cadre est magnifique. Le service est tout simplement exceptionnel : chaque membre du personnel est souriant, attentionné et toujours disponible. Un grand merci également à l’équipe de la réception pour son accueil chaleureux, son efficacité et sa disponibilité.
Je me suis sentie parfaitement à l’aise et très bien entourée tout au long de mon séjour. C’est un établissement où l’on se sent réellement privilégiée.
Une chose est certaine : Dar El Marsa sera désormais mon hôtel de référence à La Marsa, et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Je le recommande sans la moindre hésitation !
