Location was very good and staff were friendly

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was very poor. The shower which was situated over the bath was very dirty and the bath was full of dirt and hairs. I have stayed in this hotel many times before and the food has always been pretty good. This time is was less than average

the beach was right on the other side of the hotel, a lot of cafe‘s and restaurants near it & the hammamm was good

Le SPA : niveau des soins au top et personnel très agréable qui nous a chouchouter

Cons:

Arrivée tardive fuite d’eau dans la chambre … fin de l’intervention vers 1h30 du matin. Nous avons dû descendre 4 fois à la réception au cours du séjour pour parler à un responsable. Nous avons redemandé un geste financier : impossible. Nous avons obtenu en compensation un massage de 30 min et de pouvoir quitter la chambre à 15h30 au lieu de midi

personnel très très gentil, rooftop agréable

Cons:

équipement n'a pas pu être utilisé, toujours réservé! Petit déjeuner moyen, lit extrêmement dur. mal insonorisé la rue très bruyante juste devant la fenêtre.
