As soon as we checked in to our room we checked right back out.. the room was unfit to stay in .. the bathroom was a disaster,their was dirt all over the floors, the wall paper was coming off the walls.. their was people partying in the hall way kids running up and down the hallways.. when we went to check out we asked how to go about getting a refund.. the lady on the counter said that they don’t deal with refunds. So she gave us a business card to her manager we have tryed every form to get a hold of him with no response. Very poor customer service

Georgian College dorms.
Pros:

Two people in a two bedroom unit. Comfortable beds, good shower. Big fridge and a microwave. No utensils.

Good a/c. Easy access off the highway. Go to Building with Blue roof.

Not clean , hair in my bed ( i asked and received clean sheets and pillow cases ) . Hairs in shower. 🤮. Blind fell off during the nite

Cons:

The place smelled like poop and when I entered my room, it wasn’t even cleaned! I didn’t end up staying there because of what I smelled and saw. I asked for a refund but the manager didn’t even processed it and just waited for the booked dates to be over. Very disappointing! Don’t recommend!!
