Estuvimos allá dos noches, hubo una confusión con las llaves electrónicas y las llaves se las dieron a más personas, por lo que estábamos en la habitación y nos abrieron la puerta varias veces. No hay recepción , todo es por WhatsApp .

Windows had no soundproofing whatsoever, and being right next to the Melkweg club meant you'll be awake until 3am if you can't sleep through it, same with all the random noises like metal pipes at all hours of the night.

Bathroom floor was always soaking wet from the dripping shower, and the shower temperature was very hard to get right.

Despite the sign being on my door to have my room serviced every day, I would arrive back at my room most days and still not have fresh towels or an empty bin.

Digital only keys with no key card made me very paranoid about my battery consumption throughout my trip as I'd have no way to contact customer service via WhatsApp, or open my doors if I ran out of battery.

Curtain rail was broken, so I needed to use a plastic bag to prop open the curtains if I wanted them open.

Die Zimmer waren sauber aber das Fenster ging nicht zu. Generell war es für das Geld okay, für alle die nicht so viel ausgeben wollen. Die Reinigungsleute waren freundlich aber das Personal was mit einer Kamera zugeschaltet war ehr weniger. Ich habe mich im Voraus registriert aber keine Email mit Code erhalten. Mir wurde dann leicht patzig gesagt, ich hätte die schon lange bekommen und dann schicken sie mir die halt nochmal per WhatsApp. Im Zimmer angekommen hat die Heizung extrem laute Geräusche gemacht, die vergleichbar mit einer Baustelle waren (hörten immer wieder auf und fingen aber auch teilweise in der Nacht wieder an für ein paar Minuten). Als ich dann über WhatsApp gefragt habe, ob das normal ist und was man da tuen soll, wurde mir bis heute einfach nicht mehr geantwortet. Freunde von mir waren ein paar Monate zuvor da und berichten vom selben Geschehen, dass weder irgendwas im Bezug auf das online Verfahren erklärt wurde, noch auf Nachrichten reagiert wird. Wir hatten leider auch sehr laute Nachbarn die in der Nacht um 3 rumgeschrien haben und die Wände sind nicht sonderlich dick aber dafür kann weder das Hotel noch das Personal was für. Ein bisschen schade ist es, das nicht mehr draus gemacht wird, da das Hotel eigentlich eine sehr schöne Lage hat.

Ingen reception, kun telefonisk samtale. Masser af larm i området. Gardinerne var ikke bredde nok til at kunne trækkes for, de hang og dinglede.
Ingen information på værelset. Måtte ringe for oplysninger omkring Wi-fi. Uhøflig personale.
Spejl på badeværelset var faldet ned, stod lænet op ad væggen

Too loud, especially at night. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation and everything. The staff were yelling at people to leave their rooms to check out.

Noise, loud pipe lines all the time day and night, nasty sewer like smell constantly, bad outdated everything on the hotel, bad beds, bad pillows, bad towels, lack of elevator and very truly steep stairs, dangerous stairs, tv didn't work, contacted front desk (over WhatsApp bcz no live help on facilities) they said they will fix the tv issue but they didn't. The place is totally sketchy, over all I would and will never recommend it to anyone. I am not exaggerating.
