Good hotel with good hospitality.Neat and clean rooms.
From the checking in to check out had a very courteous and friendly hotel staff. The location of the hotel was also good
The food quality was also ok.
Loved the stay and hope to stay again when in bangalore.

It has been a very memorable stay at ITC maurya. It has the perfect blend of tradition, hospitality and yet a modern approach to customer centricity. The staff is very prompt, caring and courtesy. The rooms are very elegantly designed with all the modern amenities. Highly recommended and shall surely stay with them again. Thank you and grateful

Great stay. The food was terrific. Staff was very hospitable and friendly. Definitely recommend the place for family and friends. The gourmet shop had some great cakes to chose from. The swimming pool set up is a must use for all water buffs.

Excellent eminities, good hospitality. Rooms are very spacious with all the facilities. Very cooperative staff.recommended for official or family stay. Food at restaurant is very good. Centre of the city. Nice view of race course.

Rude front desk staff. Not friendly. Answer for all questions were, in bangalore it is like that.
Not ready to even provide a bed coffee till 8 am. Poor service. Lot to improve. Only good thing was prime location

Hotel is located in the center of the city and that is very good , but no Wi Fi in rooms must get down to find wi fi , bathroom wasn't clean , and room service don't clean room daily and this is so bad

I am satisfied with hotel conditions very much! The room was clean, all nessecary things were in room: fan, TV, etc. The personal staff is kind, they cleaned our room every day! We had the view to the Race track, so every morning we could admire beautiful horses. The food is also good, our breakfast was inclusive.
I want to say great thanks to the hospitality of the Hotel 'Muraya' 🙏🙏and Indian people in General! ❤️

But i have some recommandation :
No internet un room
Batthroom not very good
We need frensh food
But it’s good place and i recommand for many peapole in my country over All very ppleasent stay

Centrally located to move any part of City. Conveyance is easily available. People are very kind and friendly, food is excellent.
Over all wehad a pleasant stay.
I like to visit again for a longer period.

Very poor service and the response of the front desk is so pathetic, Enter day I am asking for the Wi-Fi and hot water service.
Every Time I called front desk there said wait for some time and whole day passed but nothing happened.

Considering the price the hotel is OK but from locational point of view this is one of the best. However maintenance is not upto the mark. Toilet should be better and furniture need renovation. The food quality was not that good. Some better fruits should be made available.

The over all experience is very good. Rooms towards derby ground offers a great view. Staff is very good natured. Centarally located near to bus stand, ralway station. I highly recommend this property to all of you for a safe and cosy stay

From past 30 years of experience in the hotel like my second home . Race view room are awesome regularly we use to stay room no 601, 611 &612 our favorite rooms. All departments staffs are like friends. A/C needs to improve overall all very good experiences.

Centrally located, Most convenient hotel to do all your needs,close to malls ,bus stops,railway station etc. All staffs are courteous& helpfully. Needs upgrading of wash rooms.overall rooms are spacious.Food is good

Staff at reception are so welcoming. I had issue with my online booking. They resolved it with patience and assurance was given not to worry we will solve the issue. I was unable to reach online booking coustmer call. Hotel staff helped me through. Kiddos to staff support and understanding and communication skills.
