Doskonała lokalizacja, czysto, miła obsługa.
Okno od strony głośnej ulicy.
Perfect location, in the center. You can walk anywhere. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants around. Room was cozy and comfortable with a nice view. Check-in went smooth, daily housekeeping, fridge in the room, complimentary coffee and tea. I didn’t tried the breakfast, maybe I will, next time.
No toiletries, but for me wasn’t an issue, since I had my own 😊

It was difficult to find the parking (would be a good idea to add the gate location to the instructions). And some shelf in the restroom.
Місцезнаходження, кондиціонер, зручні ліжка, гаряча вода, привітний персонал. Загалом у номері є все необхідне: чайник, холодильник, шафа, чай, кава, цукор, склянки для води, чашки для чаю/кави.
Заселення відбувається через інший готель на сусідній вулиці, там же знаходиться і паркінг, який важко знайти через відсутність вивіски/розпізнавальних знаків на брамі. В номері був пил, ніби там давненько ніхто не жив і не прибирали перед заселенням нових постояльців.
It was a very small room. Wifi did not work, the tv had a bar on top that would not go away, staff was in another building in another street. But since i was out all day that was not much of a problem.
Расположен на одной из самых туристических улиц города. Так приятно знать что на той же улице стоял дом, в котором жил Вит Ствош. Очень удобно гулять пешком до центральной рыночной площади и Вавельского замка.
Часть блюд завтрака - разные виды яичниц, которые можно заказать из меню. И их готовят специально под заказ. Очень вкусно
Стоит учитывать, что здание отеля находится на пешеходной улице. Соответственно, такси ко входу подъехать не может. Надо пройти метров 100-150. + Ресепшн находится в другом здании. Это не очень удобно для одинокого путешественника с большим чемоданом.
Выбор выпечки не слишком богатый
La ubicación es excelente. En el mismo centro de Cracovia. El desayuno es excelente en cantidad y calidad. Paragüas es el rellano, por si llovía (y llovió).
Las habitaciones necesitan una actualización les falta mantenimiento. Manchas en las paredes. No hay vaso en el baño. El agua caliente cuesta mucho de salir y en las habitaciones altas apenas llegaba. Luces fundidas en alguna habitación. Una de las televisiones de las habitaciones no funcionaba. No hay nadie a quien decírselo. Si quieres algo hay que ir a 200 metros que es donde se sirve el desayuno. Sólo 1 almohada y muy blanda, la cama cómoda.
The location was great, provided easy access to the old town and was only a 15-20 minute walk to the main train station. The room was lovely, had a beautiful aesthetic, was spacious, and comfortable. Located on a busy street, so if you want to have the windows open and expect quite, you are out of luck, but to me this added to the ambience of being in a foreign city!.

The room is located in the heart of the old city of Krakow with a tram line stop steps away, restaurants, historic sites within several minutes walk. The apartment was simple, clean, and comfortable. The strength is the location and simplicity of visiting the city, finding places to eat, get to the airport, etc. There is a decent desk as well which I always like.
No AC, but fortunately it was not too hot. Opening the door to the balcony allowed fresh air to fill the place.
The hotel is good value , the breakfast was exceptional and had a good selection of choices and the staff were attentive but sometimes needed to clear the tables quicker at breakfast time
The reception staff could not do enough for you and were able to point us in the right direction
the hotel is dead central and you could not fault the location , near good restaurants and bars and the market square was about 250 yds away
The hotel has no lift so when booking the hotel ask for a lower floor as the climb is quite a struggle for older people
Overall i would go back to this hotel as it was pleasant and staff were attentive
Изключително спокойно, а се намира в сърцето на Стария град. Близо до много забележителности. Любезен персонал, разнообразна закуска, чисто и уютно място. Препоръчвам!

Враження від перебування в готелі неоднозначні. Найбільше сподобалась робота адміністраторів. Адміністраторка Аміна дуже привітна і чуйна, окрім англійської і польської вільно володіє українською мовою, що особисто для мене значно спростило процес спілкування. Номер просторий, все необхідне в ньому було: кондиціонер, холодильник, чайник, чай/кава, санвузол, гаряча/холодна вода, меблі, постіль, рушники, хороший Wi-Fi. Телевізор був, але ми не користувалися. Були нюанси під час заселення, але їх швидко усунули і запропонували своєрідну компенсацію у вигляді безкоштовного сніданку для нашої сім'ї на один ранок. Чудове розташування - у самому центрі Кракова.
Довго шукали паркінг, який знаходиться у дворі іншого готелю. Готель попередньо надіслав локацію паркінгу і коротку інструкцію, як його знайти, але не завадило б ще на браму, за якою той паркінг розташований, повісити відповідну вивіску або хоча б табличку з адресою. При заселенні в сам готель було відчуття, що номер забули прибрати, був пил на підлозі, підвіконнях і меблях. Одне ліжко було розстелене, ніби на ньому хтось спав. В унітазі була зламана система зливу і вода лилася постійно потужним водоспадом. Пляшка з водою на столі була відкоркована і почата, а одна склянка стояла окремо від інших, ніби хтось нею користувався. Дверка в душовій кабіні була частково зламана. Довелося звернутися до адміністрації готелю. Постіль одразу поміняли, унітаз відремонтували за 10-15 хвилин, щоправда прибирання номера було аж наступного дня. У вигляді компенсації за незручності запропонували безкоштовний сніданок. Тож, в принципі, все добре.
