Vynikajúca lokalita priamo v centre. Parkovanie pri hoteli cca 100 m od ubytovania.

Cons:

Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Habitación y baño muy amplios. Detalles de té y café. La decoración es antigua pero muy acogedora. Recuerda a la casa de una abuela.

Świetna lokalizacja.

Cons:

Remont w hotelu wpłyną na poj pobyd bardzo negatywnie. Pomimo braku hałasu, w hotelu bardzo się kurzyło.
Miałem problem z telewizorem który psuł się codziennie pomimo prób napraw.

El apartamento es del tamaño justo, con una hermosa decoracion antigua. Su ubicacion es en el corazon de la ciudad, lo cual es ideal para salir y recorrer la ciudad.
Guardaron mi valija cuando realice el check out asi que agradecia eso.

Partendo dal fatto che abbiamo prenotato qui per la vicinanza del posto e la cancellazione gratuita con pagamento in struttura, nonostante fino al 3/04 potessimo cancellare senza penali il 31/03 mi è stato prelevato l’importo del soggiorno, ma il peggio è arrivato lì.
Abbiamo fatto il check-in e siamo usciti per pranzo, tornati in camera abbiamo notato che non usciva acqua calda, quindi abbiamo chiesto in reception di risolvere il problema mentre eravamo fuori e poco dopo ci è arrivato un messaggio in cui ci veniva spiegato che non riuscivano a risolvere il problema e avremmo dovuto cambiare appartamento, che poco dopo abbiamo scoperto essere nel palazzo accanto. Quindi abbiamo dovuto richiudere i bagagli e cambiare palazzo, ma anche lì mancanza di acqua calda.
Così abbiamo chiesto alla reception di risolvere definitivamente il problema entro sera che saremmo rientrati, ma al nostro rientro (20.30 circa) ci è stato detto di dover attendere ben 2 ore che arrivasse il tecnico per cercare di risolvere il problema e che qualora non fosse riuscito ci avrebbero spostato nel loro hotel (hotel santi dove si trova la reception). La richiesta per noi è stata folle, dopo un doppio disservizio, la sveglia delle 4 del mattino, alle 8 e mezza di sera ci veniva richiesto di attendere 2 ore per vedere se fossero riusciti a risolvere il problema (non c’era neanche la certezza), anziché spostarci direttamente ! Dopo che abbiamo iniziato a spazientirci ci hanno spostato direttamente senza attendere, in una camera con due letti singoli anziché una matrimoniale come da noi già pagata. La pulizia non è stata il massimo, ma almeno avevamo l’acqua calda e potevamo riposare.
La posizione è davvero ottima, le ragazze alla reception sono state cortesi, ma per me è assurdo che dopo aver perso tutto quel tempo per dei loro problemi ci è stato chiesto di attendere anziché trovare una soluzione nell’immediato dopo un intero pomeriggio. Assolutamente un NO.
