Pros:

Loved location right in square.

Cons:

Did not like we were on top floor no lift with a anckle problem. I did specfy this but the other rooms were accommodated. So i would look into what floor you are on . 3rd floor is the top of spiral staircase
Room was a bit tired shower area not great

Nice place, not happy with the staff
Pros:

Great location and the place was clean. The staff ordered a taxi for us and it arrived, which I did not have the confidence would happen.

Cons:

We wanted to leave our bags when I arrived, the booking page said they provided this service. 20 minutes after opening hours, the reception was still not open, there were 5 people waiting already. Called the number, the person was rude and said she knew that people were waiting. When she finally arrived, she told me to just leave the bag in front of the reception. I asked if it is safe there, she just pointed to a sign saying they take no responsibility for the luggage. So not much difference if I just leave it by the wall of the hotel... Why even write in the booking that they provide this service if they don't... Why waste my time, I just kept my bag with me.

Perfetta la posizione. Appartamento pulito.

Cons:

L'alloggio prenotato era al 5 piano ed è stato faticoso x me e mio marito. L'appartamento era un po' datato. Non c'è cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani.
