Be careful when you book to carefully read the description of the room. We had a harbor view as opposed to marina view and while the difference in price is little, the views definitely are! When I asked to move- and pay extra- I was told it was not possible because I had made the booking with booking.com....

Good location to explore downtown by foot.
Pros:

Excellent location to explore downtown but away from the crowds at night. Nice to be overlooking the marina.

Cons:

Expensive street parking. Only 1x day pass ($15/day) with additional parking on the street for $37/day!

Walking was a breeze.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. Beautiful views within walking distance from jetty.
