Excelente la ubicación a 3' en coche del aeropuerto. Habitaciones cómodas y con todo lo que necesitas. Muy limpio todo.

The service was far below even basic expectations. Staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and at times completely dismissive. Any request felt like an inconvenience to them, and there was absolutely no sense of hospitality or professionalism.

The food was another major letdown. It wasn’t just bad it was genuinely horrible. The quality, taste, and presentation were all unacceptable, especially for a place that claims to offer a comfortable stay. I couldn’t finish my meal, and it left me feeling frustrated that I had wasted both time and money.

To make things worse, when I asked the staff to help me order a taxi, they didn’t even bother. They simply brushed it off as if it wasn’t their problem. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and even the most basic ones at least try to assist with transportation. The lack of support here was shocking.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Poor service, terrible food, and staff who clearly don’t care about guests. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Never, ever, ever stay in this hotel.

Pros:

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable and so was the bathroom. After an intense 4 days of traveling on low sleep, i slept comfortably for 16 hours! Very close to the airport, walkable distance.

Breakfast is not included and quite expensive
