Excellent petit dejeuner, idem pour le restaurant. Bon accueil check in un peu long. Chambre propre. Agréable piscine avec une belle vue sur tout Belem. Salle de sport un peu étroite. Personnel tres attentif aux besoins des clients.

Foi uma estadia dentro do padrão da rede, o que me surpreendeu foi o café com bastante variedade e um bom atendimento. O estacionamento caro, aliás ao reservar falava que o custava 35,00 a diária e no entanto o valor cobrado foi 50,00.

Muito boa e confortável.
Serviço e atendendimento de excelência por todos os funcionários especialmente do recepcionista Lucas que me acomodou muito bem.
De negativo apenas o Wi-Fi bastante lento e oscilante,controle remoto do ar e barulho do quarto ao lado.

Pros:

A estrutura geral do hotel é boa, como restaurante, area de lazer, elevadores. Mas os quartos são um pouco aquém dos outros hotéis da rede pelo mundo, além disso passaram a cobrar pelo estacionamento e a diária sem café da manhã fica muito cara pelo que se entrega. Infelizmente é a únicas opção para quem viaja a lazer e quer ficar pela região, pois a rede de hotéis pela cidade é precária.

L'hôtel est propre la taille des chambre est correcte.
Notre chambre donnait sur le boulevard et était très bruyante.
L'environnement proche est très moyen.
