public pantry area for rest and refreshment is great. we managed to refresh and charge our phones there after we checked out but still have some time before we head to airport
the occupants upstairs seems to keep dragging and moving the furniture thru the night. we recorded it and made a complaint at the front desk. stopped then and it happened again. we complained one more time cus its affecting our rest and stay and finally it stopped. the staff told us its a china group which we are not surprised.
anyway it is not the fault of the hotel. we are simply unlucky

隔音太差，第一晚隔壁房客從晚上12點多吵到3點多，而且應該不是台灣人，笑聲談話聲還有尖叫聲，我的天啊‼️我和我先生幾乎都沒睡……
