Friendly hotel with stunning view over the fjord
Pros:

Excellent hotel & café. Super friendly and helpfull staff. Everything you need at hand in the rooms. Free sauna with stunning view over the fjord for guests.
I recommend it warmly.

Passaggio nei Westfiords

Eccellente!!! Una scoperta meravigliosa, un'oasi nella pace dei Westfiords! Struttura molto bella, ma la differenza la fa il personale, gentile, disponibile, simpatico ed accogliente! Un ringraziamento speciale a tutti loro, soprattutto ad Eduarda per le sue pazienti spiegazioni sui punti di interesse e allo chef, una cena squisita, un peccato mangiare da quanto erano visivamente belli i piatto! Cena deliziosa, colazione ottima, variegata ed abbondante. La camera spaziosa, pulita, ordinata, con ogni comfort, silenziosa!
Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte nel nostro passaggio attraverso i Westfiords ma consiglio vivamente questa struttura per un soggiorno anche più prolungato per apprezzare più in profondità le bellezze di questa regione più remota. Tutto super!!

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Die Lage ist phantastisch, direkt am Fjord. Es ist sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sensationell, so unglaublich viel Auswahl. Und das Brot war einfach nur phänomenal lecker. Parken konnte man direkt vor der Tür.

Hairballs and exposed electric lines
Pros:

Exposed electric wiring and hairballs. Window shades were a joke! You would think in a country that experiences 24 hour daylight they would have really good ability to cover the windows and block out light - NOPE! We had to buy some foil and cover the windows ourselves. Such a great experience for a ridiculously premium price (sarcasm strongly intended). Noisy room and clearly maintenance of this property is not prioritized. In the US I would equate this to a motel 6 or super 8 except mote 6 and super 8 are far cheaper and actually better maintained. The sad thing is they are one of only a few places in town which is likely why they are so poorly maintained - there is no competition! WestFjords is an awesome area and I would strongly recommend a visit but avoid this place at all costs!

Comfortable hotel in a beautiful setting
Pros:

We had a great stay. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The views were lovely. Breakfast and dinner were good. Most of all, I appreciated how the receptionist and manager were incredibly helpful in returning some items to us that we left behind on our stay. They really went above and beyond.
