Nice and comfortable stay with a great view to the ocean
Pros:

Good location, easy to find. Very kind staff, we also very appreciated the kind room upgrade with ocean room. The room was cosy and comfortable. Delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen auf den Westfjorden
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Fjord. Restaurants sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch das Hotel eigene Restaurant ist sehr gut. Wir hatten ein schönes und gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Bergblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen. Parkplätze sind direkt am Hotel vorhanden und eine Tankstelle befindet sich gleich neben dem Hotel.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Well located hotel. Delicious breakfast.
Comfortable beds.
Clean. The vlackout curtains were not wide enough to cover the whole window so it was light the whole night!

Highly recommend the Fosshotel Westfjords!
Pros:

Fosshotel Westfjords is a welcoming hotel to use as a base location to explore the natural wonders of the area. The staff are attentive and friendly and we highly recommend eating dinner in their restaurant overlooking the sea. Delicious!

Quiet.
Clean room, comfortable bed.
Good shower.
Helpful friendly staff.
Decent breakfast other than croissants which were still raw in the middle. This was pointed out to a waitress who just screwed up her nose - an apology at least would have been a better response. Customer care a bit lacking here.
Busy restaurant, OK evening meal.

Cons:

Small room, not well designed. But it is a remote area.
Wardrobe with sliding doors, that did not slide.
No space for suitcases.
Few, inaccessible electric points, TV and kettle sharing one of these.no USB ports.
Dangerous step into shower room.
Very little storage space in shower room.

Accueil pas très agréable. Arrivés 10 min avant l’heure du check-in, pas possible d’avoir la chambre, le bar n’étant pas ouvert, on a du attendre a l’entrée alors que la chambre était certainement prête.

Lovely spot
Pros:

Perfect spot to explore the Westfjords, Nice comfortable rooms, friendly staff and very good dinner and breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms could do with better curtains/blackout blinds to keep out the long summer daylight. It’s difficult to get to sleep if you are used to a dark room.

Word hard - Play Harder - Stay at the Fosshotel Wesfjords.
Pros:

The reception and dining staff were exceptional. The front desk provided me with outdoor nature options and the chef prepared amazing vegetarian options.
