Hotel located at the centre point of chaing mai city, close to all amenities. Staff was very cooperative.
Loved the location. Swimming pool a bonus. Staff lovely. Breakfasts delicious! Food market, markets and Starbucks and McD’s all walking distance

Great stay at Mandala house. The staff were always very helpful with any request such as letting us borrow some cutlery and bowls for our own food.
Area is nice and very accessible to lots around by foot. Pool was a great place to cool off at during hot days

We didn't hate it, but the rooms lacked warmth - felt a bit like a hotel prison. It was older than it looked in the pictures and not super clean. The beds were pretty hard (we typically prefer firm beds but this was hard). The pools is actually accross the street and theres only 4 chairs, so limited seating, but it wasnt busy when we were there. We stayed in toher similar priced places for much better in my opinion.
房間寬敞明亮，也算乾淨，浴室只有 2條大浴巾，一小瓶的沐浴乳＆洗髮精，其餘都要自備，廁所有點味道，房間內沒有保管箱，要存放在櫃台。
Great staff and locstion
The bed was unfortunately to hard, not all sockets worked well and the water pressure was not good.
The personal was very helpful and every time very sweet and nice. Location wise it was very well placed, quiet but central enough to reach everything on foot. The pool is small and don't get sun all day, so it will be a little cold, but nice enough to chill.

ターペー門やナイトバザールまでは徒歩10分程度。一番近いセブンまでは徒歩5分程度。ロッジ周辺の環境は静かですが、ターペー通りやロイ・クローン通りまででる際、夜の一人歩きは慎重に。
フロントスタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで好感持てます。C国系のロッジなので、宿泊客が時にはうるさいかめ知れませんが、神経質な方は少し嫌かも。
全室禁煙で、愛煙家の方はフロント前のスペースで喫煙されてます。
Overordnet var hotellet okay, der var bare ikke noget at komme efter som var godt. Servicen var der næsten ikke, kun da vi skulle have kufferne op på værelserne. Ud over dette er deres pool på den anden side og meget mindre end der vises på billederne. Der var intet roomservice da vi boede der, jeg ved dog ikke om de har specielle regler angående dette siden vi ikke fik noget. Sidst var hele hotellet åben så myggene kunne nemt komme ind på værelserne hvilket var nederen, og der var ingen myggefælde på værelset.
My third stay at this hotel. For me it is perfect. Quiet street. Close to old city. Many good resteurants nearby. The staff are very nice and helpfull. I wil return

Good location with amazing night market 10 min walk. Room was very clean and spacious, we ordered a massive food delivery and ate comfortably! Bathroom was very nice and updated also. Mandala house will be booked again for my next Chiang Mai visit :)
The people were very nice, but the property was run down, the beds were hard and old. Old mattresses in the hall-wall, not well lite, ashtray on all the tables. You either had hot or cold water.
Plus side, good location, very nice people. Could be a great property if it was maintained and cleaned up.

Location is good... near to Night Market and to the Phae Gate and also train station.
