P21 Chiang mai

Único ponto fraco: não tinha café da manhã.
Localização excelente, preço justo para Chiang Mai.
Recepção muito atenciosa, fizeram impressão de um voucher para mim, levaram a mala até o quarto e buscaram também no chek out.

エレベーターが無いのと、チェックアウトの前日夜にタクシーの手配をお願いし、手配しとくとメモまで取っていたのに忘れていました。
部屋は綺麗だし場所も良くよかったです。

隣の人の生活音が気にならない人は良いかも。すた

Very surly staff. No porter and no lift. Rooms tiny with no real window. Separate seating area is a two seater bench in an alcove. Why do hotels tell lies. No parking and area had no parking. All in all a bad choice of mid priced hotels. Save your money and go somewhere decent

酒店整體都很舒適，服務員態度好好，唯一要留意一點就是沒有電梯，有老人家的會比較不便，但以性價比來說，超值

Lack of elevator, other than that it was perfect.

Great service. Needs an elevator or help to get your bags upstairs. Rooms were good but really needs outlets to connect your cell phone, iPad or whatever you need to plug.

Hotel bien situé, propre avec des chambres spacieuses.
En revanche, les chambres sont assez sombres et il est impossible de faire le noir complet. Il y a tres peu de prises électriques et aucune au niveau des tables de nuit. Les chambres ne sont pas tres bien insonorisées.

I did not stay here. A few days before my trip a close relative passed away in tragic Circumstances
I immediately called Hotels.com to try and cancel or even partially refund my stay. The hotel manager was cold hearted and did not try and consider my request. I feel that they prefer greed and money over any human compassion and therefore should not enjoy your money. It is a shame that this is what they preferred. I was willing to pay a cancellation fee. Aside from dealing with a loss of a loved one I had to deal with the financial losses.

Overall was good except for the hot water issue..the circuit box in the room will flick off to prevent the hot water from going off

As we were switching hotels from the previous night, we checked in early. As expected, room was not ready so we left our luggages with the concierge. Came back really late into the night and realised that they have already sent out luggages to our room with one of the keycards slotted inside so we could have full access to an already functioning air-conditioner when we enter. That was really impressive for a small boutique hotel, we really appreciated the service and the care the team has shown. We visited during Loy Krathong festival and we really appreciate the Loy Krathong they have given us too! In terms of location, it is inside the alleys so it is quiet, but also enjoy the convenience of being super close to Tha Phae Gate where all the food stalls were. We also have zero complains about the rooms - super spacious and clean. Would definitely pick this over again without hesitation the next time we visit Chiangmai. Thank you so much. :)

廁所的水量太小，冷氣忽冷忽熱的。其他整體還可以，另外飯店沒有電梯喔！！

Stayed here for a reasonable price during the lantern festival when hotel prices around the area were sky high. The hotel is a 2 minutes short walk from the main road into an alley but you will feel safe enough. Maintenance of the room needs to be better because it feels run down although it seems to be renovated not long ago. Or perhaps renovation budget got cut midway. Staff were friendly, and when we forgot our deposit and left for Chiang Rai, they went out of their way to contact our Chiang Rai hotel and made an arrangement with them to return my deposit.

Pros of this hotel:
- lovely breakfast
- clean
- modern
- good wi-fi
- good value for money
- good location
- overall friendly staff
- free mini bar (with water and variable soft drinks)
- dressing gown & slippers were a nice touch
- good air conditioning
- spacious room

Cons of this hotel:
- no service other than breakfast (not even for a drink)
- some staff do not have good english
- no elevator
- no tea/ coffee facilities in the room

리셉션 직원은 의례적이고 딱딱한 응대가 아니라 적극적으로 투숙객의 입장을 생각해 준다는 느낌을 받았습니다 방은 굉장히 깔끔하고 쾌적했습니다
미니바 안에 있는 음료(물과 코코넛주스, 탄산음료)를 무료로 이용할 수 있다는게 소소한 행복이네요
조식은 뷔페식이 아니고 한가지 메뉴를 선택하고 나면 토스트와 과일 그리고 커피와 음료를 가져다 주시는데 맛있게 먹었습니다
떠나기 전날 밤 투숙해서 체크아웃 후에 공항으로 이동하느라 위치가 좀 애매하다 느껴지긴 했는데 타패게이트 중심으로 보자면 나쁘지 않습니다 오히려 다른 지역들에 비해 밤에 조용한게 상대적으로 좋았네요

Nice hotel. New and clean, big rooms. Pretty close to the night market (5-7 min walk).

Visitamos el hotel en el mes de setiembre. Está ubicado a 15 minutos del aeropuerto y en una locación muy práctica cerca de todo aún caminando. La calle donde está es muy tranquila, silenciosa y no hay ningún problema en andar caminando a altas horas de la noche. El personal es muy atento. En nuestro último día nos alistaron el desayuno 15 minutos antes de la hora en que abren el restaurante para que nos diera tiempo de llegar al aeropuerto. Excelente el desayuno. Es un hotel moderno, muy limpio y cómodo. Buen internet, camas y sábanas cómodas. Te ponen 2 botellas de agua todos los días y todo lo que está en la mini refri es gratis. Mis únicas quejas son: 1. Que por más que les escribimos por la página de ellos o por Facebook unos meses antes de viaje no nos respondieron, tuvimos que hacer una llamada internacional para que nos aclararan unas dudas. 2. Las paredes son muy delgadas se escuchan los huéspedes de las otras habitaciones. Pero de ahí en fuera todo excelente.

房間乾淨又大又舒適～只是因為在巷子裡晚上一個人較危險～

Hotel Moderno a due passi dal centro di Chiang Mai. Si trova in una stradina stretta e piccola.
Da migliorare il livello di inglese dello staff, anche se si presenta in maniera cordiale e gentile.
Le stanze sono nuove e moderne.
Colazione da migliorare, troppo basic.
