Excelente ubicación, la habitación muy limpia, cómoda y acogedora....excelente atención, la chica de la recepción estuvo en contacto conmigo dias antes de mi llegada para estar segura de que llegaramos bien....eso me encantó!!!!

Cons:

Lastimosamente no tienen parking...pero te ofrecen dos parking en un patio que queda a 10 minutos del hotel y hay que pagar por ese servicio....

El hotel es céntrico, cuenta con elevador, es ideal si vas con gente mayor. muy buena atención ☺️.

Me tocó en la habitación 44 y se escuchaba mucho ruido afuera, hay un negocio al lado.

Pros:

Jesus and Rosie we wonderful. The location was close to everything we wanted to see.

Cons:

The first night we were in a street level room with windows to the street. The music from clubs shook the windows late into the night. Jesus and Rosie moved us to an interior room and we didn’t hear a single noise again.

Limpieza bien, ubicación excelente, alimentos (desayuno incluido) bien, personal amable, hay elevador. lindas habitaciones

Cons:

no cuenta con estacionamiento, y el convenio con estacionamiento es a reserva de espacios, no tiene nombre llamativo al exterior para mejor localización, el desayuno se sirve en otro hotel cercano, y lo mas complicado es que se localiza a un costado de un bar y la música se escuchaba en mi habitación hasta la madrugada.

La cama estaba cómoda

Cons:

No me gusto que la unica ventana de la habitación que habia daba al pasillo, donde todo el mundo te veia. El baño estaba super mal diseñado, el vapor se quedaba atorado porque tampoco habia ventana ahi dentro. Tenian dos aires portatiles que eran un fiasco si no estaban a 30 cm de ti ni los sentias. Te sentias muy sofocado ahi dentro.

si lo que buscas es un lugar sin ruido, no leo es, atrás hay un antro de musica, electrónica, super bueno jeje, pero se escucha hasta tarde, yo lo disfrute mucho porque soy juvenil, la recamara ue yo tuve es de 2 pisos muy bonita , pero si llevas niños de menos de 5 años podría ser peligroso, el personal 10 de 10 super amables, y atentos, me encanto que tienen un refrigerador a la entrada del hotel para guardar comida o bebidas, me pareció genial, tienen agua para rellenar tus botellas, 10de 10, protestos detalles y el desayuno , simple pero cubre bastante bien para vegetarianos y no , muy completo y el servio 10 de 10, tiene elevador para personas mayores o con Carriola, super bien, porque la mayoría de loa hoteles son con unas escaleras de pesadilla para los mayores , en general Guanajuato es así no sabes si subes o bajas pero siempre son escaleras , en general me gusto , si regresare
