Personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.Gratis parkeren was keurig geregeld.
De douche is eigenlijk te klein in verhouding met de de ruime kamer. De vloer was erg nat na één keer douchen.
Em wij hebben drie keer een set nieuwe sleutelkaartem moeten halen omdat wij er niet in konden.
En het internet was echt waardeloos.

Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Lage des Hotels war gut, mit ÖV waren wir in ca. 20 Min. bei der Wiener Oper. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Restaurant haben wir am Abend genutzt und alles was wir hatten war sehr lecker und die Bedienung immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam...TOP

Just a few small details, some of them probably just a matter of preference, some others not...
Room
- the shower glass is too short and not extendable, so it is very easy to spill the water outside
- no separate switch to turn on/off the ventilation in the bathroom, it turns itself on automatically after a minute or so if the light is being turned on in the bathroom and stays active for quite a while even if not needed
- doubleBed has only one wide duvet instead of 2 smaller ones
Invoice problems (and the personnel problems who are making them)
- we were required to fill out the company data at the check-in (again) - even despite we already filled them out during the booking process on the website
- several typos in the invoice - myself as well as all my colleagues had typos in them (in the company name/address fields, and/or in the country), and even after the request to fix it there were yet another typos made - how hard can be writing a few words/numbers correctly, especially after being asked for a fix by a customer? I would expect way more attention from a 4-star-rated hotel personnel.
- we were supposed to receive the invoice via email as well (also according to the info received after the booking), one my colleague I know of has indeed received it... I didn't however

الفطور مخيب للامال خيارات محدوده وغير متنوع كل الايام نفس المنيو يحتاج للتطوير وخصوصاً مراعاة المسلمين وتوفير اكل حلال
عموماً تجربه مريحه وهاديه يستاهل
