The staff were the nicest people I have dealt with before at an accommodation.
Pros:

The beds were excellent and comfortable, air con worked very well and there was hot water in the shower. Property was clean and in a good location very central to shops and ADO.

Cons:

Everything was good.

Perfect location. Comfortable and good pool
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable, staff was pleasant, pool and pool area were great. The inner courtyard was nice. The location is the best. Close to ADO bus terminal, beside a park with lots of food options, and on the other side is the main drag. Easy to take the r1 or r2 bus to the beach, bus stop is only a block away.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was good. Our tv didn't work but I think that was user error haha. I'm sure it would work if I knew how to use the remote lol.

Todo muy limpio, agua caliente siempre. Muy buena ubicación, cerca del ADO, de la avenida Tulum para tomar transporte hacia zona hotelera y cerca del parque de las palapas, donde hay diversidad de alimentos. Todo excelente 👌

Cons:

Una recepcionista diurna de pelo claro con mala actitud, no se ve que le agrade su trabajo, siempre en el teléfono y te tiene esperando a que termine su llamada y si la interrumpes te pone mala cara. Gran diferencia con la otra chica de cabello negro, quien si es muy atenta.
