Todo muy limpio, agua caliente siempre. Muy buena ubicación, cerca del ADO, de la avenida Tulum para tomar transporte hacia zona hotelera y cerca del parque de las palapas, donde hay diversidad de alimentos. Todo excelente 👌

Una recepcionista diurna de pelo claro con mala actitud, no se ve que le agrade su trabajo, siempre en el teléfono y te tiene esperando a que termine su llamada y si la interrumpes te pone mala cara. Gran diferencia con la otra chica de cabello negro, quien si es muy atenta.

La ubicación es super central.
Hay una discoteca justo en frente del hotel que tiene música muy alta hasta la madrugada, a nosotros nos tocó un cuarto bastante lejos de la calle así que nos salvamos un poco del ruido.

Cons:

La estructura se ve descuidada, tendrían que mejorar algunas cosas, empezando por la ducha que tiene poca presión y sale poca agua.
