Quite good.
Pros:

That we could walk to the airport. So nice and close. Staff was wonderful and helpful at answering all our questions.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for tea. A lot of noise in the hallway.

Sort your admin out Hotel 3K! This is the second time my card has been declined when using your website for booking. I was informed by WhatsApp my room could not be reserved, even though I had an Email telling me it was reserved. I rebooked with a different card, only to be told that was declined as well, only to see it cleared later. I realised I had booked for the wrong date so rebooked via Booking.Com as I didn't want the hassle of using the website again. Arriving at the hotel, was informed I had to pay a cancellation fee, even though I proved via my banking app and email that I had already paid twice. Some muttered remarks about admin problems and various phone calls resolved nothing. After about twenty minutes of standing around in reception and one of the staff actually laughing at us, my travel partner stood up and very loudly said - DO WE HAVE A ROOM RESERVED? - yes - IS IT PAID FOR? - yes - THEN WHAT'S THE PROBLEM? YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING. We were in our room within five minutes. Before we check out the next day, I receive an E-mail saying my room cannot be reserved. What?? No apology forthcoming and when I told reception I wouldn't be returning, they said that was understood. If the hotel can afford to lose business like this, it must be doing very well. I was left feeling very anxious, upset and stressed by the whole experience. I am a pensioner and I have never been treated like this anywhere. Where's your respect for older customers Hotel 3K Faro?

Very clean and pleasant staff, lovely powerful shower

Cons:

Not much around the area, there's a supermarket and the airport is close but there isn't much else walking distance. The duvets are are quite thin, pillows thin and lumpy, the balcony faces grounds that looks like building works are taking place.
No cups or kettle in room but you can request this at reception, however the cups are tiny

Great hotel.
Pros:

I've stayed here once before so I knew it was a good experience. The initial welcome was very friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfy. It's very quiet considering it's only an 8 minute walk from the airport. The next morning the staff were very friendly and the breakfast is worth every cent of €12. I WILL stay again. Great experience 👍

Cons:

There is nothing I didn't like. Great experience and Great price.
