Nice location, no proper cleaning.
Pros:

Nice river view, nice staff and good breakfast, diner facilities.
The shower was nice and clean.

Cons:

No coffee and tea machine, you would expect that for this room price
No airconditioning nor ventilator available.
The cleaning was limited to the visible surfaces but very dusty corners and under the bed lots of dust, dirty.
Surprisingly enough there was no emergency plan nor visible emergency exit?

Fijn plekje aan het water!

Geurlucht die in de kamer wordt gespoten. Ruikt chemisch en goedkoop.

De mooie kamer, de mooie rustige locatie aan het water, het restaurant en de wellness. Alles klopte voor ons.

We hebben 2 keer bij het hotel gegeten. De eerste avond was minder. We gingen aan tafel en binnen een half uur was het terras al bijna leeg. Dat kan, maar wat storend was, is dat het personeel alle tafels ging afhalen. Kleedjes eraf, geen lichtjes, alles werd ontmanteld. De luifel werd ingedraaid, kale boel. We voelde ons niet erg welkom. 3 gangen diner en 2 flessen wijn in een uurtje erdoorheen gewerkt. De bedoeling was een avondvullend programma. Eten zelf was redelijk.

Cons:

They first gave me a wrong smaller room, when i entered the room it wasnt cleaned. Then they send me to a other location to another room i did not really order. Then they told me to get my stuff down because they finally would send me to the cottage. The first room they opened, the room was not cleaned, again. Finally they found me a room ive booked that was also cleaned. This was around 2130-2200. I had no change to enjoy the room at all as it was dark,

If everything was okay i would have enjoyed the room and surroundings. This just felt not great after a 3,5 hour drive.

Fijn verblijf in mooie omgeving.
Pros:

Wij sliepen in een Cottage Suite, geweldige accommodatie met een fantastisch kingsize bed. Lekker ruime douche en bubbelbad. Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd met heel veel keuze. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en servicegericht. Tijdens ons verblijf was er een hittegolf met temperaturen boven 35 graden. Zonder airco was het natuurlijk pittig warm maar de accommodatie bleef desondanks redelijk koel. Ook goed kunnen afkoelen in het riviertje naast de accommodatie. Daarbij prima gegeten in het restaurant.

Cons:

Gezien de hoge temperaturen wellicht een airco.

wat een warm personeel en wat een fantastisch restaurant
Pros:

van bij de aankomst viel meteen de warme ontvangst op
alles werd gedaan om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken
dikke pluim
en dan het eten... het overtrof onze stoutste verwachtingen ... wat een klasse restaurant

Cons:

wij hadden pech met de extreme hitte , en geen airco op de kamer
dat was een ferme afknapper , dat zou men toch moeten oplossen

Fijn hotel in pittoreske omgeving.
Pros:

Mooie kamers, Airco was niet voorzien en was wel sterk gewenst tijdens de hitteperiode. Lekker avondeten, chef kok kan er wat van! Uitgebreid en heerlijk ontbijt. Bediening liet te wensenover. Er loopt een ober rond die denkt dat hij heel het hotel alleen in handen heeft, heel hoogvaardig type en komt aldus ook arrogant en enorm onvriendelijk over. Heel spijtig voor de andere ober en vooral voor de sympathieke, welwillende man aan de inschrijvingsdesk. Eerlijk gezegd kan het hotel deze ober, iedereen weet vast over wie het gaat, best ontslaan. Dan zou deze ervaring bij het avondeten gewoon perfect geweest zijn!

Niets behalve de opmerkingen (ober en airco) hierboven.

Mooi hotel aan de rivier
Pros:

Prachtige plek aan de rivier waar je lekker in kon afkoelen. Ontbijtbuffet was niet groot maar wel zeer compleet en zeer lekker. Alles met zorg gekozen. Nette kamer en prachtige sauna in het hotel. Ook lekker gegeten bij het restaurant van het hotel.

Cons:

Helaas geen airco en alleen een kleine ventilator. Was moeilijk om de warmte uit de kamer te verdringen.
