Friendly staff , clean and comfortable room just shown as the picture on the website. Very happy with my stay.

Hotel generally is good, cozy rooms, all receptionists are very nice and very helpful, but the lack of the cleaning service in the rooms make you think not to stay in this hotel and not recommended to the follow tourists.
When we back to your hotel on the next day, around 5 pm, we found that the bathroom has not touched, the towels and toiletries were not replaced and there are used shampoo tubes and used toiletries everywhere.
But what is made it worse, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the cleaning personal started arguing and raising the voice.
Big disappointment and disrespectful.
As I share all this above, I am expecting that the management will take all my concerns very seriously.

По ванной надо уточнять перед заездом, с этим сложности.
Фото номера не соответствует самому номеру.

На задворках Лиговского, пешком идти долго, пол отеля с видом на панельку, остальная часть в маленький сквер.
За эту стоимость есть и поближе к Историческим местам отели.

clean, friendly hotel, with English speaking staff. Breakfast good with a variety of food from breads to eggs to local items purchased daily at the local market. Great teas too!

good place with friendly staff especially Polina in the rwception and the woman in the resturant.just comfortable nothing more.

Everything about this hotel is just enough to be usable.

There's no elevator and no bellmen, so don't bring anything heavy.

The room is visually lacking, but everything is in working order. The safe is barely big enough for a 10" phone and is hard to use.

The breakfast is not impressive, but plenty enough to avoid going to a restaurant.

The location is fairly close to downtown and public transportation is not too far away, but walking will be necessary unless you call a taxi.

The hotel was as expected. The quality of the room and location near a Metro station are the highest points
People working at the reception always tried to do their best to support our needs. Among others, they offered an early breakfast pack for us because we left the hotel very early, before the official time of the hotel's breakfast.

Das Hotel liegt in einem Wohnviertel ca. 4 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Bis zur Metrostation Obskoje Kanal sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr gefallen.

Great hotel not far from the metro and a shopping mall. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. This is a very western styled hotel. Definitely recommendable.

They treat me as a king, it's close to the metro in a quiet neighborhood but still in the city center

except the location is a little off downtown center. The hotel is 7-8 minutes walking distance to Metro. Only 3 stops to Hermitage Museum. Hotel stuffs are very friendly and helpful. Clean and new facilities and mordern room interior are very impressive.
