Pros:

Great retreat resort with spectacular view of Metsovo, very friendly and attentive staff and impeccable cleanliness. Amazing view of Pindos mountains. Very comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Restaurant configuration and atmosphere needs an upgrade, not so compatible with the rest of the Hotel's identity/feeling.

Θα ξαναπήγαινα
Pros:

Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό, όπως και η θέση του ξενοδοχείου. Μέσα στη φύση με υπέροχη θέα.

Cons:

Πολύ ζέστη στο ένα δωμάτιο λόγω κεντρικής θέρμανσης. Μας άλλαξαν άμεσα δωμάτιο και εκεί όλα ήταν τέλεια.

Great stay. Disappointed for the children.
Pros:

Absolutely stunning property. I had not appreciated how snowy it would be and was a wonderful surprise

Cons:

The only thing I can say I didnt like was the limited time the children could use the pool. Given the fact that the hotel allows children, I didn’t realise they could only use the pool from 10-12 am. This is very limited if you only have one night stay. Meaning they can’t use the pool when you arrive/check in. And have limited time to use before you have to check out. Should be more obvious when booking. Otherwise the hotel is glorious.
