Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Due to a renovation from 31/07/2024 to 30/08/2024 the restaurant area will be closed. Please note, we will continue to serve only breakfast.

Only 1 dog per room weighing up to 15 kg is allowed, upon presentation of an up-to-date vaccination card. An additional fee will be charged. We do not accept wild animals.

We would like to inform you that the hotel is undergoing renovations to make our space more comfortable and beautiful. There may be noise at certain times of the day during business hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Voltaria pela localização ser muito boa, bom custo-benefício.
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, perto de vários restaurantes e pontos turísticos que podem ser acessados a pé. Equipe super atenciosa e educada. O quarto tem sabonete, shampoo e hidratante de boa qualidade para os hóspedes. Banheiro com chuveiro excelente, água bem forte. Possui uma copa para hóspedes com micro-ondas, bebedouro e ferro e tábua de passar, além de uma mini academia.

Cons:

O ar condicionado do quarto estava pingando, a lâmpada do banheiro queimou faltando cerca de 36h para a acabar a estadia, comunicamos na recepção mas não foi resolvido, tivermos que usar o banheiro no escuro. O hotel não utiliza toalha de rosto, mas oferece uma toalha de banho extra caso o hóspede solicite. A copa dos hóspedes é uma iniciativa muito boa, porém poderia disponibilizar um mínimo de pratos que possam ir ao micro-ondas, além de talheres e copos para o bebedouro.

Funcionários educados, extremamente quartos limpos, local seguro, localização próxima dos principais pontos turísticos você não vai gastar muito com serviço de aplicativo vale cada centavo.

Estacionamento é pago mas fica no subsolo do hotel tendo acesso pelo elevador mas é compreensível pois Belem é uma capital que praticamente está superlotada e em toda cidade não tem muitos locais para estacionar preferível utilizar o serviço de aplicativo da uber e o café da manhã é pago não é incluso mas mesmo assim a diária vale cada centavo pois voce vai estar em um local seguro.
