Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Due to a renovation from 31/07/2024 to 30/08/2024 the restaurant area will be closed. Please note, we will continue to serve only breakfast.

Only 1 dog per room weighing up to 15 kg is allowed, upon presentation of an up-to-date vaccination card. An additional fee will be charged. We do not accept wild animals.

We would like to inform you that the hotel is undergoing renovations to make our space more comfortable and beautiful. There may be noise at certain times of the day during business hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Descontente pq fui enganada qnto ao estacionamento

A localização era boa.
Achei absurdo e injusto o preço do café da manhã tendo em vista comermos muito pouco de manhã e o preço ser cobrado "cheio" independente do consumo.

Cons:

Não havia estacionamento. O gerência atribuiu a INFORMAÇÃO FALSA AO APLICATIVO. Nosso carro, cheio de bagagem, dormiu na rua o q representou grande risco pros nossos bens. Um dos requisitos para escolhermos o estabelecimento foi q contava estacionamento. Fiquei muito contrariada. Tentei cancelar, mas o aplicativo queria cobrar multa. Sinceramente pensaremos muito, da próxima vez q viajarmos, em usar outro APP.

Super espace collectif mais chambre inconfortable
Pros:

Le hall d accueil, le coin restaurant et petit déjeuner. La décoration aux standards d ibis.
Le personnel est disponible. La propreté des espaces collectifs. Il fait bien frais dans le hall d'entrée. Le design est agréable.

Cons:

La chambre est extrêmement petite, elle sent le renfermé, il y a des odeurs de remontées d égouts dans la salle de bain. Le lavabo est dans la chambre. Certaines climatisations font du bruit à l extérieur. Le lit double est très petit et très inconfortable. 140cm. Wifi très moyen. Télé petite.
