Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Due to a renovation from 31/07/2024 to 30/08/2024 the restaurant area will be closed. Please note, we will continue to serve only breakfast.

Only 1 dog per room weighing up to 15 kg is allowed, upon presentation of an up-to-date vaccination card. An additional fee will be charged. We do not accept wild animals.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Hotel em reforma logo as 8hs já um barulho bem ruim para quem precisa dormir e trabalhar, elevadores sujos, o ar condicionado no meu quarto estava quebrado tanto faz a temperatura que colocasse 16 ou 24 o ar congelava a gente muito ruim para dormir, quarto não tem tomadas próximo as camas e extremamente pequeno o quarto.

Pros:

Ducha do chuveiro maravilhosa, forte e café muito bom.

Cons:

Achei colchão mole e só tem 1 travesseiro por pessoa. Travesseiro muito mole. A colcha para ser usada para quem sente frio, fora do saco. Fiquei em dúvida se estava lavada.

Cons:

Não gostei da limpeza e o quarto não estav em boas condições faltava secador de cabelo e as tomadas com mau contacto. Me deram um secador mais as tomas estava com mau contacto e o secador não funcionava na tomada.

Custo benefício não tão bom!
Pros:

Com toda certeza a localização, fica muito perto dos principais pontos turísticos de Belém, como a estação das docas, mercado ver o peso, mercado São Brás, terminal fluvial, etc.

Cons:

Apesar da acomodação ser uma proposta budget, acho que alguns pontos podem ser otimizados, como por exemplo, não têm tomadas (outlet) ao lado da cama, a ducha higiênica do banheiro não estava funcionando, o que é um ponto super negativo para quem precisa fazer enema antes de sair para curtir, o assento do sanitário estava solto o que fazia o ato de evacuar bastante desconfortável, fora isso, tudo ok, não tenho do que reclamar!
