Forzosamente desconectada
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, ya que es una buena zona con mucha oferta de ocio gastronómico. Las instalaciones también están bien y el servicio es bueno, aunque mejorable.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue que aunque la atención fue buena y no había coordinación entre la información que manejaban los recepcionistas, tuve una incidencia con su servicio y la solución llegó tarde, debieron ofrecerme otra habitación desde el principio y no solo disculparse y demostrar esfuerzos.

Pleasant get away, nicely located across from a park with everything close... A+ staff
Pros:

The staff most definitely. Everyone was SUPER helpful, going above and beyond and doing things IMMEDIATELY. I had an issue with the wifi... they brought up my own private router ! Breakfast was really good...and different items everyday !

Cons:

Room was meh. Not bad... but not stellar, like the service. It was... a room.
