Very disappointed.
Pros:

The Location, breakfast and the staff.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was damaged in bad condition. The floor, the doors were all broken, the phones didn’t work to call the front desk. There were no wifi available( none of the 3 different ones worked). The sink was clotted. There is not enough tv channels only, local channels. I’ ve been a customer for many years and I used to love everything about the Inntu hotel until now. I probably won’t come back it is pretty sad,

A trrible experience
Pros:

This is a terrible hotel. I needed permanent Wi-Fi internet for work and it wasn't working in my room. I tried contacting reception, and the intercom wasn't working either. I was on the 10th floor, so any dealings with reception required me to walk all ten floors. Without an intercom, there's no room service either. The worst part: the indifference of the management, who didn't care at all about my problem. In the three days I was there, I never got internet access, and no employee did anything to help me. It's one of the worst hotels you could find.

la ubicaciòn me encantò. Es la primera vez que llego al barrio Laureles, y quedè muy contenta. Tiene de todo y es mas cerca de donde fue el congreso
