We loved how close this hotel is to the train station. The nearby restaurants were amazing as well. The hotel staff were super helpful. We really appreciated the flexibility of having a wonderful breakfast ready for us before 6 am before we had a full day of travel.

L'inciviltà di colui che nella camera accanto ha fumato e telefonato a voce molto alta, ben oltre la mezzanotte. Proporrei di affiggere nelle camere cartelli che richiamino il divieto di fumo ed il rispetto degli altri ospiti.
Staff were all kind and helpful. Air conditioning worked well. Iron was brought for my use. Room was good sized and location was close to downtown. Being close to the train station in helpful.
Shower was very hard to get into, and soap in shower was not refilled and ran out. I felt nervous coming into the hotel late due to the area. Would have liked better amenities such as lotion. It was very hard to get a taxi to the airport and shuttle they contract with is very expensive.
The staff were helpful and the hotel was clean
My room was noisy as the back of hotel faces train tracks and was full of loud men- gathering all day and night shouting and hanging out. They keep the front door locked. The area was nice once you walked 1-2 blocks. Breakfast was not the best. Only good feature was it was near train.

It’s located in an ugly area of the city, with a lot of people smoking on the street. It gives you the feeling that you are not safe.
Excellent staff. Friendly, courteous, and always willing to help with anything we needed. True professionals. The breakfast was very good—not overly elaborate, but with everything you could want. The quality of all the food was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the city center, just 10 minutes from the airport, and right next to the train and bus stations. Despite being so close to all these transport links, it is remarkably quiet.
Unfortunately, there was no small refrigerator in the room. The staff kindly provided us with cold water, but given the increasingly warm climate, the hotel should consider installing a minibar or small fridge in the rooms. The carpets in both the room and the hallways were old and worn. While this did not affect the comfort of our stay, they created an unpleasant impression. If they are not going to be replaced, it would be better to remove them altogether.

Great location for people looking to use Gallarate's train station (frequent trains to Malpensa). Functional rooms with AC that works. Nice breakfast buffet.
