Buona camera, spaziosa e pulita.

Cons:

La colazione è stata decisamente sotto tono, non vi era una qualità eccellente, apprezzata però l’offerta del gentile cameriere che ti prepara e porta al tavolo bevande calde.

Pros:

Great location for people looking to use Gallarate's train station (frequent trains to Malpensa). Functional rooms with AC that works. Nice breakfast buffet.

酒店前台员工很好，24h办理入住和离店，酒店早餐很丰盛。酒店安全性很好，我们达到时，前台阿姨给我们升级了房间。

Clean friendly hotel in ideal situation for trains to Malpensa or Milan.
Pros:

Loved the location so close to the station. Breakfast was appreciated. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. The town of Gallarate was chosen for its proximity to Malpensa however it didn’t offer much other than convenience.

Cons:

The room was very small. We were awoken by other guests arriving in the middle of the night and for a few hours we could hear their showers, toilets,
footfalls etc. They must have been in the room above us. So the sound proofing is not good.

Super option for staying close to Milan airport, in a lovely old town.
Pros:

The hotel has lovely staff who are happy to help with anything you need. It’s just a minute to walk to Gallarate Station on the airport line, so very handy. The lovely old town centre is another couple of minutes to walk.
Our deluxe double room was on the fourth floor (elevator for easy access) with a comfy bed and updated bathroom. When windows are shut there is absolute silence which is great for sleeping!

Cons:

Unfortunately there are a few people who loiter in the area around the hotel, but they don’t seem to bother anyone.

Os funcionários são todos muito educados e mesmo com a dificuldade do português x italiano, eles sempre se esforçaram para nos ajudar. O quarto era bem amplo (estávamos em 3 pessoas). A localização é excelente, ao lado da estação de trem e o café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

O banheiro, apesar de bem equipado, tinha um box muito pequeno.
