It was affordable and conveniently located for our purposes.
Our first room on the first floor had experienced water damage at some point and was extremely and offensively musty smelling. We were moved to a room on the second floor and it was better but the entire hotel smelled musty.
It was OK
breakfast was okay. Toast with peanut butter with jelly and apple juice.
I was registered for 2 days (July 31 & August 1st). Check in day I was informed that there was no hot water, but it would back in service at 8:00am the next morning. However, by 9:00am on August 1st, not only was there any hot water, now there was no cold water nor could the toilet be flushed. Packed up and checked out. Desk clerk made no attempt to reduce my bill for the 2nd day. Not a good experience and will not stay in a Days Inn again.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
This hotel is centrally located to all the stores and restaurants you could want. I love that it has a fully-equipped kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, small stove and everything you need to cook your own food. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is always informative and accommodating. It is quiet, has a decent breakfast and the prices are always affordable. We stay here whenever we come thru the Columbus area of Nebraska

Can’t think of any negative thoughts
Rooms were clean and staff was accommodating. They upgraded my mother to a suite to be closer to us, without upping the charge. Breakfast bar was small, but good.

Need to correct the address in maps so that you get to the correct location.
Breakfast was disappointing, lacked variety, room was very small.
The staff was courteous and helpful. Our dog had an accident and the person at the front desk helped with getting us towels and rags.
