Wonderful Customer Service
Pros:

I don't typically write reviews but I had an exceptional experience staying at Casa Andina in Machu Picchu. I stayed one evening and the next morning I was enjoying breakfast with a spectacular view. I struck up conversation with the lovely Fiorela who was working in the restaurant. She was such a delight and provided the best service and conversation with a smile. It's interactions like these that make travel so special. Thank you, Fiorela for making my morning!

Wonderful stay and a great day visiting Machu Picchu
Pros:

Location is very close to the 3 best recommended restaurants. U walk across the tracks where u get off the train. The rooms are right on the river. The staff are helpful and awesome. Close to everything too

Cons:

The coffee is weak and the breakfast is so so, buts it’s only three star. We got a great deal on the rooms so that didn’t matter

A decent 3-star hotel in AC
Pros:

The best part is that breakfast buffet is excellent and has extensive options.
They have RO filter machine at entrance for drinking water at free of cost
Location is just nearby the station, so you don’t need to drag your luggage for long
The river view room is calm and had no noises

Cons:

The river view room is good, but not that great. I would give the train view room a try, not sure about the noise
