Next to the railway tracks. So it’s very noisy and disturbing. Constant announcements from the railway station when you are resting in your room is disturbing
Fantastic, prompt, and friendly service. Yerdi and Alex made the check-in process seamless and even upgraded our family so we could be more comfortable. Rooms are very clean, spacious, and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

We stayed one night at this nice hotel in a spacious 5th-floor river-front room. The view from the room was delightful (though we didn't mind, but beware of the noise from the fast flowing river!). We were served at dinner and breakfast by Lourdes, who was attentive and polite, as were all the reception and room staff. A relatively busy railway track on the door step of the hotel was an interesting experience.
Romualdo, Alex, y Orlando fueron muy atentos, le dieron un toque personal y nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos, definitivamente regresaríamos solo por la atencion que nos brindaron.

This hotel is a five minute walk from the train station and an easy walk to shuttle busses for Machu Picchu entrance. The hotel is nothing fancy, but was just fine for a one night stay. Good breakfast included.

My stay at this hotel was part of a Roads Scholar tour exploring Peru. The location was tremendous as you stepped out the door for great restaurants, shops, and, especially, the train and bus to Machu Picchu.
One particular staff member, Lourdes, made the hotel stay memorable. Lourdes greeted me at breakfast and we enjoyed a conversation about her life in Peru and mine in the US. She was fully fluent in English, and was very attentive. Lourdes was a great ambassador for the Casa Andina brand.
