This is a wonderful place to stay! The staff (Yersi, Rene, and Mirian) made us feel extremely welcome and appreciated. Everyone was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were exceptionally clean, warm, and the beds were perfect! Thank you very much for your hospitality. We will be back!
Casa Andina Standad Machu Picchu is an amazing hotel with an incredible staff. Yerdi, Richar, and Rene were exceptional in getting my family settled into the hotel and their hospitality was excellent. I highly recommend staying at this location.

Close to train track but not a problem. More like a city hotel feel. Food OK, Rooms OK. have to pay for water in the room but free in reception. Not the same in all the group hotels, we stayed in 3 from their group and all charge different amounts. Better if water was free in the room (do not do my teeth in reception). view on rocks and steam from bedroom. Clean. Feel could have got a better hotel but all were full. Close to town and plenty of places to eat and drink. staff fine.

The hotel was close to the train station. The staff were professional at all times. The room was spacious.
The hotel did not respond to any of my requests via Booking.com. I had requested in advance a room away from the train line, but this did not eventuate. There was a significant amount of noise due to a late arriving train which I was only informed about once I had entered the room. This information should have been given to customers in advance to decide whether or not they should select this hotel.
