The view was amazing, the staff were very nice mainly Adrian at the reception, he was very kind, helpfull and explained everything to us and Adam at the restaurant. The room was clean ane bed was comfy. We really enjoyd our stay. Thank you!!

Beautifully located hotel with vies open countryside
Pros:

Fosshotel Nupar is one of those "middle-of-nowhere" hotels you get in Iceland, which feels like you could be in an episode of Yellowstone rather than in Europe. It's modern and the rooms have fantastic views towards Lómagnúpur, a sentinel-like rock that could double for Monument Valley. The reception and restaurant areas have a luxury feel and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Rooms need updating to match standard of reception and restaurant areas, particularly the bathrooms. Breakfast is eye-wateringly expensive (but then so is Iceland).
