Hotel with amazing view.
Pros:

It was really nice to have a place to rest after a whole day exploration around that area. The hotel is not new but it functions perfectly well for me.

Cons:

Could be more sockets for electrical devices.

Pros:

The hotel is in th emiddle of nowhere - almost, but nothing artificial around it for sure. Awesome landscape from all rooms, romantic and calm evenings/mornings because of the location. Parking is free, normal English breakfast, the most various during our trip. They prepared for us some sweet caces and towel-swans because of our wedding anniversary, that was nice, we appreciated. LAndscape to the mountains is breathtaking, but other guests are walking around the hotel, so you need to be aware of that if you are not using the curtains...

Cons:

Unfortunately the bathroom did not meet our expectations from cleaning perspective, so we asked a room swap. Luckily was better from cleaning pov, but worse view (not to the mountains but to the flat area), and the TV wasn't smart, just a normal. overall TV wasn't an issue.

Ruime kamers, mooie inrichting van kamer en van de algemene delen. Vriendelijk onthaal.

Cons:

Prijs ligt een pak hoger dan vergelijkbare hotels in Ijsland, maar je hebt in deze regio niet veel andere opties. Prijs-kwaliteit dus minder dan elders in het land. Restaurant vraagt voor elk extraatje (bv. potje kaas) een aanzienlijke surplus voor basiszaken die bij de gerechten schaars aanwezig zijn.

Pros:

The property looks right out to the Icelandic country side, very beautiful and every room on the first floor has a patio.

Cons:

The room was very warm, they hadn’t quite transitioned to summer yet and the heat was on.

Sehr stylisch und beste Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist superschön und liegt fantastisch. Passte genau in unseren Reiseplan. Wir haben dort zu Abend gegessen und gefrühstückt und beides war top. Nur den Preis fanden wir echt sportlich.

Goed ontbijt en avondeten. Schone kamers met weids uitzicht.

Cons:

Beetje saaie kamers, maar ‘t zelfde als op de foto’s. Prijzig in vergelijking met andere hotels in IJsland. Deze regio is duurder.
