Pros:

В целом, барышня на стойке регистрации была очень вежливой и услужливой. Оказалось, что номер, который бронировался мной, занят и был выделен лучший номер гостиницы.
Однако расстроило то, что в номере не было тапочек и халатов, а полы при этом были не теплые. Мебель и техника довольно старые (речь идёт о лучшем номере гостиницы). Душевая кабинка не имеет подставки для душевых принадлежностей, зато имеет дыры (двери плотно не закроются), в связи с чем в большой ванной комнате после принятия душа появлялись большие лужи.
Завтрак сложно назвать сытным, хоть он и не был отвратительным.

Неплохие номера с не самым удачным расположением
Pros:

Из очевидных плюсов = номер просторный (Standard Double Room). В качестве констатации = завтрак и ужин в цене. Все есть и работает (в ванной комнате, техника: ТВ, WiFi). Приемлемая кровать. Минусы = очень не удобно расположен вход, просите таксиста довести до него, чтоб самому по двору не шарахаться. Кормежка посредственная, принесут в номер, где есть придется на коленях. Администраторская стойка на четвертом этаже и придется туда подниматься. Для калужской конкуренции в отельной сфере стоимость номера завышена % на 20. Но в целом все норм. Зка скорее за локацию, нежели за сам номер.

Очень хорошее впечатление
Pros:

Номер хороший, но слышимость достаточно хорошая. Очень хороший персонал, все проблемы решали быстро. Завтраки хорошие, особенно понравилось, что не зависишь от ресторана, но зоны для принятия пищи в номере нет, это не совсем удобно. Очень понравился ресторан, кухня отличная и отзывчивый персонал.

Комфортно и доступно
Pros:

Уютный, чистый отель . Центр города . В шаговой доступности театр и музеи. Хороший ресторан.Что особенно порадовало - вежливый и внимательный персонал.Отель небольшой , поэтому не было ощущения "муравейника" . Очень комфортно прожил там 10 дней.
