Gelebte Gastfreundschaft
Pros:

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Rauriserhof und haben es in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus und seine Ausstattung sind wunderschön, insbesondere seit der kürzlich erfolgten Renovierung (auch wenn es uns schon vorher sehr gut gefallen hat). Das Essensangebot, die Sauberkeit und nicht zuletzt die vom gesamten Hotelteam gelebte Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft lassen keine Wünsche offen! Besonders gut gefallen haben uns auch die Saunen und die Aufgüsse. Unsere Kinder haben sehr viel Beschäftigung dank Spieleraum, Tischtennisplatte, Kicker und Pools gefunden! Der einzige kleine Wunsch wäre, dass die Pools im Winter 1-2 Grad wärmer sein dürften.
Da ich diese Infos in Bewertungen gesucht aber nicht gefunden habe: die Infrastruktur rund um das Skifahren ist optimal - es gibt einen guten Trockenraum. Der Skibus fährt halbstündlich direkt vor der Tür und bringt einen in unter 10 Minuten zu den Liftanlagen. Das Skigebiet ist zwar klein, aber landschaftlich sehr schön gelegen, ziemlich schneesicher und für uns - vielleicht mittelfortgeschritten fahrend - absolut ausreichend von der Anzahl der Pisten und Abwechslung her! Wir freuen uns schon auf die Wiederkehr!

Pros:

Ein schönes Hotel und eine sehr ausgezeichnete Küche. Das Zimmer war klein und schön, der Bergblick war ok. Da sollte man schon wenn einem dies wichtig ist genau buchen. Aber das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen!

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, geht auf Wünuein. Essen ausgezeichnet. Wellnessbereich ein Hit vor allem der Pool in dem man richtig schwimmen kann!

Wonderful holiday experience
Pros:

Check in fast, efficient and friendly by Steffie who took care with all our travel questions and helped us plan our touring routes. Room was large and clean and had a veranda that overlooked the mountain. Food was of gourmet standard - we booked in half board.The spa was excellent.
Overall a wonderful holiday was spent at this hotel and I can highly recommend it.

Pros:

Gastfreundlichkeit wird hier ganz groß geschrieben, alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Schöner Sauna-/Spa-Bereich.
Das Essen ist hervorragend - und mit dem Kinderbuffet ist es auch für Familien stressfrei!

Excellent in every respect
Pros:

We were made to feel like treasured friends rather than paying guests. The staff and owners family were lovely and made our stay very special. The food is Michelin standard and the facilities throughout the hotel are superb. Add to this some of the most beautiful scenery in the world and at an affordable price. This hotel is truly special. One can pay a great deal more elsewhere in the world but still come nowhere near the quality of the Rauriserhof.

Ett hotell med fantastisk service!
Pros:

Ett trevligt familjehotell med god service, bra kök och fint spa med inomhuspool. Fantastiskt kundbemötande av all personal! Överraskande med deras Kitchen Party där man fick en fördrink och lite smårätter.
