Important information:

- Please note that the indoor spa, which includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, gym, relaxation area, and herbal tea room, is open to adults from 9:00 am to 7:45 pm. Children 11 years and younger are permitted from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 7:45 pm, under adult supervision.
Spa treatments must be booked at least two weeks in advance.
The three outdoor saltwater pools are open from 9:00 am to 7:45 pm for adults and children. One of the pools is heated in the summer.
Please note that the indoor pool is not accessible in July and August for children under 12.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Air conditioning, pool was nice, loungers easily accessed with plenty of umbrellas.

Cons:

Toilet in bedroom dirty.
Kitchen plug missing had to ask four times before this was rectified. A path at back of hotel to train station and beach is much needed.

Le seul point positif de cet établissement est la piscine, qui est agréable et bien entretenue.

Cons:

Très déçue par notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée, la propreté du studio laissait vraiment à désirer : des cheveux et des taches étaient présents sur le lit ainsi que dans la baignoire, ce qui est inacceptable.
Une mauvaise odeur se dégageait du studio. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas et la connexion Internet était quasiment inutilisable tellement elle était mauvaise.
Cet établissement ne vaut clairement pas un 4 étoiles.

Séjour très agréable, pas trop de monde à la piscine, chambre bien située.

Nice mid range hotel, a little remote.
Pros:

Great views from the restaurant, rooms were clean, overall the layout worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There were 3 parts to the pool and on arrival the larger pool was cordoned off and remained so for our entire stay. There was no notice given or a email sent to tell us that we weren’t able to use the pool. This was disappointing and honestly we then decided to head towards the beach… which was a shame. Also cannot buy snacks / sandwich anywhere on site and the location is quite remote. We arrived around 1pm and the restaurant was booked. There was no where else to get food. The bar gave complimentary olives and nuts. The nearest shops was 20 min walk away, which in 34oC heat wasn’t an option.

Состояние номера и неудовлетворительно убранный номер при поселении.
Дальнее расположение по отношению к морскому пляжу, указано 600 метров, а реально 1700 метров пешим ходом.

Très très agréable
Pros:

Espace thalasso au top. Appartement en résidence très calme et bien situé, vue très agréable.

Cons:

Les sols n'avaient pas été lavés. Ce qui a été fait dès notre demande.
Le manque de vaisselle pour cuisiner.
