Facilities were fine but needs a deep clean.
Cons:

It was really dirty! Not clean at all. The cutlery and crockery in my room hadn't been cleaned properly. I almost went to use them and then noticed baked-on food on the inside and outside of a bowl and caked in grime on the cutlery. Grosssss. The appliances, skirting boards, lamps, power points, etc were all incredibly dusty.

Pros:

I like the friendly staff and the great local.

Cons:

I didn't like the mold on the shower curtain. There was no dish brush or dish cloth to wash any dishes. I did not like that the bottom car park didn't get locked till after 11pm - 5am I was informed buy the friendly helpful desk staff.

Was there in same room 6 months ago was great. Now it’s one of the worst places I’ve ever been to.
Pros:

Breakfast was yummy and good value

Cons:

The room was filthy and the vanity was full of hair a women’s hygiene products, the toilet was moldy as was the toilet brush.
The mattress was turned upside down and was uncomfortable and has left my wife back pain which is very uncomfortable.

Great value for money.
Pros:

Very good value for money for a CBD hotel. Friendly staff. Surprisingly quiet location. Easy stroll down Queen Street to shopping area. Cooking facilities.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit cramped and there had been damage to the vanity unit making the draw difficult to use. There was an oven but nothing you could use in it. A baking sheet would have been good.

Family friendly, great price point, close enough to CBD.
Pros:

The hotel provided all requirements including buffet breakfast. Excellent price range for family.

Cons:

The location was uphill which provided stressful conditions for young children walking from the bottom end of Queen Street.
