Excellent 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment
Pros:

Excellent fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment about a 20 minute walk to the city centre and wharf area. It had everything we needed in the apartment and was very clean and comfortable. We had a good breakfast in the restaurant there and used the car park as we had a hire car, additional charges for breakfast and car park.

Cons:

The only complaint was that on a couple of occasions we could hear the people in the apartment next door. However, this didn't affect us too much and we were more than happy with our stay here.

Clean, tidy, good location

Cons:

The air conditioning was faulty, it was 27 degrees with 92% humidity. The air conditioning would not function above a mild fan speed despite the panel saying it was maximum. The staff dismissed this and said it was working properly. I never ended up staying the night, I went elsewhere. They tended to insist it wasn't faulty but ive been issued a refund pretty promptly...

Awesome room
Pros:

The place was super clean and tidy!

Cons:

If I had to be super picky I'd say the windows are a bit dirty in the rooms but its mainly dirt on the exterior of the building.

It was tolerable for two nights but wont stay there again.
Pros:

Location is higher up in Queen street so a long walk up from the waterfront

Cons:

Room services was limited due to staff/resources. Coffee machine in the restaurant dint work. Not enough towels
