Poor service and disorganised
Pros:

I am not able to fully rate this property as I did not complete my stay.

They did respond to my messages, however response time was slow and I received only 3 word answers to my queries.

Cons:

This property sent me a message on the day of my stay (a few hours before I was due to fly from UK), stating that they were dealing with a Covid-19 outbreak, and that not all areas of the Motel would be accessible to guests.

I queried this but received no response, so naturally I went ahead and booked alternative accommodation at a much higher price.

Response time to messages was painfully slow and the property gave very odd answers to the concerns I raised. Despite admitting the Covid-19 message was their error (perhaps some kind of auto legacy message from the pandemic?), they refused to honor a refund despite me giving them multiple opportunities.

Don't expect any kind of customer service from this place, you've been warned. Booking.com have also been totally useless.
