Everything was terrible i had bugs in my bed in my shower and all around the room, my bed sheets where dirty and towels too ( i asked them too clean and change all of this just for it to be dirty), the staff was rude. I booked for 4 nights i only stayed 1 night as the bugs were too much i asked for a refund and got disrespected instead.

Personnel très gentil et serviable et plein d’attentions adorables, la piscine est splendide, j’ai passé un séjour inoubliable et j’ai fêté mes 60 ans dans cet hôtel et je m’en souviendrais toute ma vie.

Dernier hôtel avant notre départ 4 jours et 3 nuits. Idéal pour les visites aux alentours d’heraklion. Le personnel est adorable.
Le petit déjeuner buffet très bien aussi.

En face une petite plage avec petit resto de plage pour boire un verre et y manger ( je n’ai pas tester les repas)
Au dessus d’un restaurant asiatique à tester super bon , personnel au top et assiettes copieuses.

Douche un peu petite et sol toujours très mouillé car pas de porte de douche
Quartier en sécurité proche resto plage supermarché tout se fait à pieds

Cleanliness is my top priority, and unfortunately, both of our rooms were disappointing – hair in the shower, half-used toiletries, a dirty fridge, and hair on the floor. The hotel has great potential thanks to its convenient location near the airport and right on a nice, sandy beach. We enjoyed renting sunbeds at the beach restaurant, and the hotel breakfast was good and thoughtfully prepared.

Honestly the property doesn’t look like the picture we came late and no one was at the front desk they did text me letting me know that there won’t be anyone there so I will give them that. By the time we got there it was midnight we where tired just to walk in the room and it smell only like cigarettes. Very strongly like cigarettes. I texted the number they reached out to me on and let them know that the room is not in any condition to stay the night they read it no text back ever. The customer service was horrible. It doesn’t look anything like the pictures. I literally just threw away my money at this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Dimitra Hotel, even though it was only for one night. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with a stunning sea view. Despite our early departure, we were still able to enjoy a generous and delicious breakfast. The staff were respectful, kind, and professional. We highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely quiet hotel, with a regular bus to Heraklion from right outside. we stayed in an apartment the only minor criticism was the hand held shower would not stay up on the bracket. Gourmet breakfast provided beautifully presented with lots of choice.

The staff were so nice and helpful, it’s quiet and small, right across from the sea. The breakfast was great and had fresh food! My husband and I had the upgraded room with the private hot-tub and it was clean and comfortable! If you looking for something chill this is it! There’s also great restaurants just down the street.

This was a last minute booking.
We were tired of searching and just picked something awailable next to the beech thats not too pricy, and hoped for the best.

We could not made a better choice.

The room was clean and spacious, the cleaners were cleaning and changing linen and towels every morning,the bathroom was just the right size with warm water all the time.

They have a decent size pool kept very clean, cosy launchers to enjoy quiet times, and stuff always ready to make you feel welcomed.

The receptionist lady was helping us plan our sightseeing with helpful tips, she even saved one of our booking into a museum ,by calling them and explaining we were not aware of time slots at the entrance.

We were not iritated by the neighboring guests noises, ocassionally comming through the airwent, cause we did not aim for the feeling that we died and got shot into a sarcofagus.

Life contains noises of life......and smells of it....like the smells of wonderful food we were served with every morning.🙂

There was always wide variaty of food options, starting from all tipes of healthy food, pastries, traditional english and local meals, dryed fruits, to buicuits and cakes.

We felt so integrated and welcomed by them, and even by the neighboring restorants and locals, that we can honesly highly recomend Dimitra hotel to everyone who wants to experience authenthic Crete.

Es war ein phantastischer Urlaub. Die Einrichtung des Apartments war altmodisch und das Bad sehr klein, aber im nächsten Frühjahr wird alles renoviert. Viel wichtiger ist aber doch die Freundlichkeit, der Service und die Aufmerksamkeit des Teams! Wir reden hier nicht von einem Luxushotel, deshalb ist der Service um so mehr zu loben! Ich mache seit mehr als 20 Jahren Urlaub in Europa, aber soviel Freundlichkeit habe ich nie erfahren. Danke an das Team und insbesondere an Despina!

This hotel was in a great location and a very short walk to restaurants and the beach. We were happy with the breakfast as well. The room however was only ok, very very hard beds, and we didn't have hot water. They couldn't get anyone out to fix it so they let us shower in the room next to us which was fine. One night there was fireworks (for no reason or holiday) that woke us up at 1am. The pictures make it look better than it is and the bathrooms are not pictured because they are TINY and the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower.

Across street from very nice calm beach. Parking in alley. Bus to Herakulion stops very close. Good breakfast.
Main drawback is that bed is very hard. Need a soft topper.

Es ist sehr nah am Strand und die Bus Verbindung ist top.
Frühstück ist gut, Zimmer können sauberer sein. Hatte das Zimmer 105. Habe für das Geld schon mehr erwartet.
Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend aber nicht für einen Dauer Aufenthalt.
