Pros:

冷蔵庫があると書いていたから予約したのに、無かった。
確認したら全室冷蔵庫がないとのこと

お湯も全然出なくて、従業員を呼んで直してもらった。
中国語ができない人だったら最悪だったと思う。

ホテルの前の道路が工事中で、車が通る度に埃が舞い上がり、仕方がないことなのはわかるけど、イメージは最悪

部屋自体は広くて良かったですし、従業員の対応も迅速でしたが、総合的には赤点でした

Clean rooms in a great neighborhood
Pros:

While the rooms were very clean, the hallways needed to be updated and cleaned. The carpet was badly in need of being vacuumed but as I noted, the individual rooms were very clean and spotless. I loved the king size bed but like all other mattresses I have encountered in China, it's like sleeping on plywood. I like a big pillow top, sink-into-it mattress which no hotel or home seemed to have but other than that, it was a quiet little place on a nice tree-lined neighborhood street with close access to the Drum and Bell Towers as well as Hua Hai lake.

time to get a new carpet or get rid of it entirely
Pros:

I had already stayed in this hotel some time ago, and had been satisfied. So I gave it another try a few days ago. The location is great (bus 635 stops close by and allows you to go to Dongzhimen where you can catch the airport express train), and the staff is friendly, however, I found the carpet really in need of change: it smells and is dirty and threadbare in some places, and I don't think that the staff was very effective in cleaning it (little bits of papers were still on it after they cleaned). Why don't hotels forget about filthy carpets and use flooring that can be WASHED and sanitized. The carpet ruins it.

가격대비 전체적으로 무난. 대략깔끔.
Pros:

리모델링을 새로했는지 전체적으로 깨끗함.
위치는 호우하이부근이라 북경 옛거리 구경할 사람에게 좋을듯.
지하철이 생각보다 가깝지는 않았음, 택시는 잘 잡힘.
가격대비 깔끔하고 큰 불편한 점 없이 무난했음.
