**Attorney's Fees Clause:**
In the event of any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising from or related to this rental agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and court costs incurred in connection with such action or proceeding from the non-prevailing party.
**Limitation of Damages Clause:**
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the property owner/landlord's liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from this rental agreement or property use shall be limited to the total cost of the stay as indicated in this agreement. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, including but not limited to those based on negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal cause of action.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Schöne Anlage mit Pool, Gym und gratis Liegestühlen direkt am Strand. Die Aussicht aus dem Bett war das Highlight.
Für uns war das kein Luxuserlebnis wie es präsentiert wurde. Sauber war es leider auch nicht. Für das Geld erwarten wir mehr.

Location, location, location!! The staff were all so welcoming and friendly! We loved the secure entrance with 24 hr staffing. Our apartment had a balcony with partial ocean and city view… just lovely! Being able to check in early for a fee was very convenient as our flight arrived at 6am.
The pull out sofa mattress was very thin making it an uncomfortable place to sleep. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

Las instalaciones fueron amplias y cómodas, la ubicación excelente y el servicio de sombrilla y reposeras en la playa es un plus.
El tener el estacionamiento incluido fue súper útil!
Dias antes del viaje nos avisaron que la pileta de planta baja iba a estar deshabilitada por reformas y no nos iban a hacer ningún descuento por ello. Sin embargo al llegar nos hicieron el upgrade a una habitación con balcón!
El servicio de valet parking era un poco lento tuvimos que esperar 15 min a que nos trajeran el auto un día.

Room was clean and nice. Facilities in the building were really nice. Good gym, multiple pools etc. Very nice and relaxing.
On site staff were friendly and helpful and velet parking worked well and made everything easy.
Minor issue but there was a dog on our level one night that was barking, a bit anoying. otherwise everything was great!
Localização excelente! Fizemos upgrade para um apartamento com vista e vale muito a pena. Tudo muito limpo, com políticas da acomodação claras e bem explicadas. Snacks de boas-vindas e camas confortáveis. O serviço de manobrista também faz toda a diferença na experiência.
