Fantastic, comfortable location!
Pros:

Loved the modern, comfortable room. Great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and across from the canal. Warm, friendly staff (Thank You Mohamed for helping us)!

Cons:

View from the room was limited. Lighting in room very dim, could be brighter.

Pros:

Öncelikle konumu gayet iyiydi. Kaldığım 102 nolu kanal manzaralı oda rahattı. Odanın penceresi önündeki oturma alanı güzel bir keyif alanı oldu. Buzdolabı mevcut ve içerisindeki 3 çeşit kutu içecek ve 2 küçük su ikramı hoştu. Yakındaki marketten aldığım kahvaltılıkları dolapta saklama imkanı olması işimi kolaylaştırdı. Su ısıtıcısı mevcuttu. İnternet bağlantısı da iyi diye düşünüyorum.

Cons:

Oda güzel döşenmiş, imkanlar iyiydi ancak ne yazık ki konaklamam süresinde klima arızalıydı ve bu biraz konaklamayı zorlaştırdı. Arızayı bildirdim, ilgilenmeye çalıştılar ama sanırım arızanın büyüklüğü ve konaklamanın bir kısmının hafta sonuna denk gelmesi nedeniyle çözülemedi. Şansıma bazı günlerde hava aşırı sıcak değildi ancak oda özellikle sabah güneşini aldığı için büyük camlar odanın ısınmasına neden oldu. Klima çalışmadığı için buzdolabına soğuk içecek koymaları talebimi de kabul ederek hemen karşıladılar. Yaşadığım tek olumsuz nokta buydu diyebilirim ve bunun için 3 puan kırdım. Yani klima çalışıyor olsaydı bu konaklamaya gönül rahatlığıyla 10 puan verebilirdim. Eğer tekrar bir Amsterdam tatili düşünürsem yine kalmak isteyeceğim bir otel, tabi ki önceden klima konusunda bilgi almak koşuluyla :)

Excellent emplacement pour loger !
Pros:

Établissement réactif, propre et très agréable pour loger. La climatisation un vrai plus et la literie confortable !

Cons:

La chambre en sous sol est un peu embêtante pour l’intimité avec les fenêtres sur le sol de la rue. Mais rien de dérangeant avec les rideaux

I expected a better place
Pros:

Cons:

Room was pretty small. The first day they did not make up the room despite having the sign on. No bedside tables.

The bedside lamp was broken, I told the receptionist about it but they didn't replace it so we had only the lights on the ceiling which are very uncomfortable.

Es war okay, aber nicht berauschend.
Pros:

Die Lage war Super und der Rezeptionist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute größ3 und eine sehr freundliche Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Die Treppe und damit die Fluchtwege waren mit Tischen so verstellt, dass man kaum daran vorbei gekommen ist.
Die Klimaanlage hat kaum funktioniert und hat die ganze zeit ein ungewöhnliches surren von sich gegeben.
Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer war kaum groß genug um sich die Hände zu waschen oder Persönliche gegenstände zu platzieren.
Der Teppich auf den Fluren gehört dringend erneuert.

Personal vi pratade med var trevlig.

Cons:

AC lät lite mycket även när den var på ”sovläge”.
Handfatskranen var svår att ställa in styrkan på, antingen blev det för stark eller för svag ”vattenstråle”.

Pros:

The receptionist was a good guy. He explained about amsterdam. Provided the map of amsterdam. He alao spoke some words of my native language.

Cons:

The location of the room was just infront of the reception on the geound floor. We had a poor night sleep because of the aound from the road and people coming and going in the hotel itself. The coffee maker was not working. Toilet was also uncomfortable. I think the price was too expensive for the room and facilities provided.
