Enkel om te overnachten is het een prima plek.
Pros:

Ontbijt: Enkel mogelijk bij de buren, maar dit wordt duidelijk gecommuniceerd.

Algemeen: Voor een kort verblijf of om enkel te overnachten is het een prima plek.

Cons:

Lift: Functioneerde niet tijdens ons verblijf. Om naar de tweede verdieping te komen, moet je dan de trap nemen; dit is iets om rekening mee te houden want trede zijn ZEER smal.

TV: De televisie op de kamer werkte niet. Na contact met de receptie werd duidelijk dat na 18u alleen een telefooncentrale bereikbaar is en dat een monteur pas de volgende ochtend langs kan komen. Aangezien wij al moesten uitchecken, was dit voor ons geen oplossing.

Rituals-producten: De producten zijn aanwezig, maar in de douche zijn ze al gemengd met water, hetzelfde geldt voor de shampoo. Dit voegt weinig extra waarde toe.

Las zonas menos visibles estaban llenas de polvo. No vimos ni a un recepcionista en toda la estancia. La habitación necesita mantenimiento y tiene muy poca luz.

Très agréable accueil mais un peu déçus par la chambre pour son espace, sa commodité et la salle de bain vétuste.
Pros:

Accueil hyper sympathique et chaleureux. Souriant et multilingue ce qui facilite la compréhension. Nous sommes arrivés le jour de mon anniversaire et une petite surprise très touchante nous attendait dans la chambre ❤️.
Situé proche de l’hyper centre avec accès rapide à pied du tramway.

Cons:

Nous avions pris « une petite chambre vue sur canal  » mais le lit est enclavé entre 2 murs et la fenêtre donc obligée d’enjamber mon conjoint pour me lever la nuit. Aussi nous avons été déçus par la salle de bain un peu vétuste, sèche serviette rouillé, douche fermée par un rideau, pas de place pour poser ses trousses de toilette .. mériterait un sérieux rafraîchissement..
Pas de double vitrage donc très bruyant.
Et le chauffage central non réglable nous a valu des nuits à crever de chaud sans pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit dès 5h du matin.

A decent location for the Theater District.
Pros:

We stayed for one night in the Basement Suite. While listed as a basement, most of the room was above ground. The location for this hotel is perfect if you are going to the DeLaMar theatre or the Milkweg. Additionally, there is easy transport to and from the city. The host was very friendly, he explained the keys, the door and other matters very clearly. The location is not too noisy.

Cons:

The age was shown in this room. While clean, some aspects were worn down, such as the slight peeling of wallpaper or a shower with rust stains. The bed, floor and toilet were clean, but one of the many provided towels had an unexplained mark. My partner, who has sensitivity issues/OCD, was dissatisfied with the finer points of the cleanliness of the room.
