I would like to share my feedback on my stay at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh, which was truly an excellent experience overall. Everything was well organized and exceeded expectations, from the variety and quality of the food to the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming during our stay. A special thanks goes to Mr. Haytham, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive. He played a big role in making our honeymoon memorable and truly special.

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Haitham for his outstanding hospitality and support throughout our stay. He made our vacation more enjoyable and memorable.

They were having kids area even in restaurant with cartons live all the time,
Al the staff were very descent and friendly,
even the baby cot they had more than one size thats fit with the baby the reception all were very descent and caring all the time especially Mr. Haitham the VP manager who was calling to ask about us and the other clients personally and offered us the booking in the italian and maxican restaurant
All the food was in good quality with variety especially the Chef Mr. Ahmed sabry who was using 6 pans in the same time in the morning to finish preparing of all different requests in the breakfast like omelette and others in a very proffesional, fast and good way
Overall it was excellent vacation and we may repeat it agaun

Az ételek, a személyzet, a tisztaság, az az odafigyelés és törődés amit nyújtanak tényleg minden kifogástalan. A személyzet minden tagja végtelenül segítőkész a szálloda managere Osama Mostafa és Haitham a front office manager aki szinte nap mint nap személyesen győződött meg róla, hogy elégedettek vagyunk-e mindennel és gondoskodott róla, hogy kifogástalan nyaralásban legyen részünk. A takarítónk Mohamed minden alkalommal kifogástalan tisztaságot varázsolt a szobánkban és minden nap volt hozzánk egy egy jó szava, minden nap jó volt vele beszélgetni, de ugyanez igaz a szálloda összes többi dolgozójára is. Nyugodt szívvel ajánlom ezt a szállodát mindenkinek aki Hurghadára szeretne menni nyaralni, szerintem nem fog csalódni.

Great thanks to Haitham. Check-in was as sweet and fast as your morning coffee. He was so helpful and perfect in understanding the group's needs and requirements, and also very fast to fulfill all needs. Ayman and Alaa in the main restaurant were professional and friendly, as was Kareem. The Italian restaurant is a unique island of hospitality and friendly service. I really thank Ahmed and Ali, and all the staff there; they are truly different.
Special thanks to Mr. Osama, F&B manager, who listened and noted carefully all our notes and comments, and also showed a professional attitude with great experience, as well as immediate solutions and care for each and every word, which conveys to us that real improvements are to be expected soon, which really encourages us to be there again soon.

If you won't agree that you would prefer a resort and choose to stay in a hotel only because someone treated you the best way, then you haven't met Haitham yet.

Haitham embodies the soul of hospitality in the most perfect and pure way. From the first minute, you realize he isn't just doing a job perfectly, but he truly cares about your vacation and comfort. He goes above and beyond, going to great lengths just to make sure you are creating amazing memories here, not only enjoying your vacation. He pays attention to tiny details and arranges everything beforehand; even before you recognize what you need to request, you'll find it arranged and pointed out to you.
This is a level I found astonishing in 5-star hotels in the whole area as a repeat guest in most of the best-reputed ones.
I really appreciate and value his efforts and would like to thank him.
If we are there again soon, Haitham is definitely the reason.
