Pros:

Pool was good, staff were lovely.

Cons:

Our room was dated, peeling wallpaper, broken lights witch, dirty carpets. Wish there was coffee readily available to go at the breakfast.

located where we needed, the bed was clean, the restaurant was great food, the room needs repairs

room was clean, sheets and towels lovely

Cons:

The crack and black mold hole in the shower. And the water stained shade on the pole lamp that we turned on with nothing else running and it blew the breaker. it took 20 minutes to get that turned back on so no TV or lights at desk while waiting
my husband said the bed wasn't comfortable

Pros:

I liked the price, location and the glass elevator

Cons:

That the water from the tub ran brown and then the tub wouldn't drain, so my boyfriend and I had to change rooms at 11pm just so we could shower before bed.

I also didn't like having the blinding light from the rooftop shining right into our bedroom.

Best value for price for family vacay!
Pros:

Location was perfect. Walking distance to all things needed for family and direct drive to mall. Hot breakfast was great everyone had good choices to their likings. Waterslide and pool kids loved.

Cons:

The hot tub was barely warm. Asked to turn up and kept getting the maintenance guy will in am but it never got close to hot.
No furnace control in room so family was hot at night. Winter time cant Crack window open for air. Turned on ac just for fan but that froze up. Had to buy a fan to use in room to try to cool down.

It was quiet.

Cons:

Awkward access. Hallways could have been cleaner and stairwells were filthy and did not provide very good access. The room given must be in the old part and was dark and the bathroom was dark and small. View out the window was not appealing in any way. The parking was awkward because most people staying there were unaware the bulk of the parking was behind the building which had zero access from the stairwells which took you outside the front of the building or ended in a deadend on some floors. Elevators were old and not very clean. Most patrons were illegally parked on the access road in the front of the hotel. Did not visit any of the amenities.

Cons:

The wallpaper was bubbling and falling off and stained, the lamp shades were very dirty, in the shower/bath tub there appeared to be black along the seams. The furniture seemed to be falling apart as well.
