Staff friendly, good service Great complimentary breakfast Great location ! I have lived in Saint Albert for 40 years and never stayed at Saint Albert Inn even though I have recommended family and friends to stay there

Bed was too hard Caused my husband a lot of hip discomfort and hence interrupted sleep

Clean Rooms in great location
Pros:

Room was clean and that to me, is most important.

Cons:

The hotel was dated, but is in the process of renovations. Beds and pillows need to be upgraded, usually I have a hard time sleeping in any hotel the first night but even with a two night stay I couldn't get used to the uncomfortable bed or weird pillows.

Decent stay for a night or two but not a high end hotel by any means.
Pros:

Beds and pillows were comfortable and and the hotel in general very clean plus the meal included was ok in the restaurant.

Cons:

The hotel is dated, especially in the rooms. The bathroom and tub enclosures are rough and dated and the shower head we had was lousy.
