Pros:

サービス面：常に親切な対応でスタッフの笑顔は好感を持てた。

Cons:

浴室のシャワーヘッドが余計な箇所から水が漏れて、壊れていた。　小倉駅からのアクセスが不便でした。

Pros:

ロケーションが良いと思います、砂津のチャチャタウンも有り、その先には小倉有り！

しかし、ホテルの前には、リンガーハット、とんかつ屋、スーパーマーケットも有るので何の不便も有りません。
部屋も問題無し、ウェルカムドリンクは24時間なので重宝させて頂きました。

宿泊者のことを考えて！
Pros:

ない。

Cons:

電話連絡が、つかない。
二時間くらいで、やっと。。。
三人部屋で支払いしたのに、二人分しかなかった。
あとでマットとおふとんが、来たけれど、
寝る場所なく、トイレの前で、寝かされた。

施設も非常に思いやりがなく、踊り場のない急な階段。
車椅子椅子、杖、等の方には、どうしょうもない。

駐車場の案内もない。

チェックインはタブレットで、非常にわかりにくく、手間ばかり。
全員の顔写真を撮らされたが、必要なのか。。。

不満だらけです。

もう二度と泊まりません。
