Great staff shame about the dated hotel.

Cons:

Very dated hotel needs a refurb specialy the outside, hotel needs air-conditioning as it was very hot, the pictures of the hotel online are not true to reality particularly the outside seating area over looking the sea which was disappointing, lots of rust on tje outside and mould inside the bathrooms.

Very good overall we have been staying for many years now and didn't disappoint
Pros:

Breakfast was good , buffet style was good , didn't offer a choice as most hotels do , had to ask for vegi option menus would help and other options would be a good thing to offer . On arrival our first room was unsuitable , staff very quickly rectified this .

Cons:

Letting non residents use the indoor pool . Also letting residents take their dogs into the breakfast room definatly a no ! Also dissapointed about the outdoor pool being unavailable and not being told before our visit as was looking forward to using it it .

We were using the hotel as a stop off point on our trip.
Pros:

Very impressive entrance to the building. Lots of rooms etc

Cons:

Our room wasn’t the cleanest. The bathroom smelled and the blinds were broken and dusty.

Tired hotel
Pros:

Lovely location and great views from the restaurant

Cons:

Shower was covered in mould. Cracked tiles and poor maintenance in the bathroom.

Room big, but only a desk and bed, no where to put your luggage apart from on the floor. View was nice but over a flat room with rubbish on it.

Room in general was very dusty with water marks on the wall. Hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment.

Receptionist was nice and did her best to help, but for the price I’d at least expect a clean room and a bathroom without mould.

Most of the staff were friendly, for the one night we were there we enjoyed our stay, just a few little finishing touche
Pros:

Perfect location, lovely setting. Potential to be very grand. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

A little dated, it looks like they started painting the staircase walls but then gave up, the blinds in our bathroom were broken. The spa needs a little tlc.

Amazing location, with great views from the restaurant area.

Cons:

Room was really poor, mould around the shower, cracked tiles, dusty room poor maintenance.

Sea view was looking over a flat roof that had rubbish on it.

Reception superior was lovely and tried to help but the hotel is just tired and needs an upgrade.

Room didn’t even have anywhere to leave out your luggage on. It was very hot and no fan provided.

Didn’t know vegetarian breakfast was available until hearing someone order it was I was leaving.

Nähe zum Strand und der Stadt

Cons:

Sauberkeit, einige Dinge (Wasser ist aus undichtem Waschbecken/Wasserabfluss ins Bad geronnen, Lampe hat nicht funktioniert) haben nicht funktioniert und wurden trotz Bitte nicht repariert. Insgesamt wirkte Einiges etwas vernachlässigt. Zudem war ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch in den Zimmern (evtl. aus Rohrleitungen kommend) und Lüften war aufgrund eingeschränkter Möglichkeit, Fenster zu öffnen, nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich.
