Excellent evening meals compliments to the chef. All the staff very helpful.
The only fault was the condition of our balcony. There was like a green mould on the upvc cladding. It needed a good jet wash.a
Breakfast good and staff friendly
We paid for a sea view more money than other rooms and both nights where functions below and very noisy . Room tired and floor boards by fridge broken . Back left hand curtain had to large splits in it . Main table badly stained .outside balcony rotting, the noise from both functions where not enjoyable if you decided to get away for a couple of nights and nobody had told us these events were on .I appreciate the hotel has to make money but not at the expense of paying customers who are happy to pay more money for a room and land up with everyone drinking out side your rm when you can’t even sit out side on the balcony .very disappointed as we only live in Brixham and come to Cornwall many times a year ,should have stayed in my camper a lot less cheaper and quieter .sadly your miles away from competing with the headland where we normally stay and thought we would try the Atlantic , sadly won’t be coming back again

Super location, amazing view and incredible breakfast! All staff were fantastic too! Particularly reception, and the hotel Manager Odette! Can’t wait to rebook another stay here.
The rooms were too warm due to this weeks weather, but then guessing this will have been a problem wherever you stayed in 30* heat

Very good quality breakfast in comfortable sourounding. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

The weather turned up and the room was quite warm, even with the ceiling fan on in the bedroom. A small portable air con unit would have made the stay perfect, but I'm not gonna moan about the sun coming out 😎

Staff were very friendly, room was a good size and location was great, plus free parking
Cleanliness was lacking all around, the bathroom, the bedroom, the swimming pool and mainly the hot tub (that was full of dirt and hair both times we wanted to go in)
We also paid for a sea view but the windows were covered in seagull poo, which is annoying when you're paying extra for the view.
Breakfast was okay, wouldn't add it next time. Most hot items tasted very cheap and oily so ended up having toast every day.

We booked a hotel with parking, but parking was a nightmare. If you could find one space Our second time there.The first time was good after the second time.I wouldn't book again.\nHe close to the parking. Breakfast breakfast was okay But not as good as last year.It was waiter's Service. last year this year.Help yourself.\nEven had to make Moy own coffee for breakfast.
Trying to find somewhere to park in the hotel total nightmare .
