Rapport qualité prix non conforme
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien décoré, les chambres sont grandes et toutes face a la mer. Personnel très gentil.

Cons:

Il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre qui nous a gêné toute la nuit. La plage en face de l’hôtel est en travaux en ce moment et l’hôtel est plutôt assez loin du centre avec des taxis/ Uber très cher (plus cher qu’en France)

was very good and would stay again
Pros:

room was big and good , pool area was ok but beds were taken too often, breakfast was ok but could be improved with variety and the egg station was in a differnt area outside which was akward , the buffet area could be larger

Cons:

the gym was dated with as in the weights machines were not modern and not enough of them to do a decent work out ,didnt have a seperate bar with a cool vibe, also didnt notice a differnt restaurant maybe they did have

Restaurante do hotel bom mas bem caro.
A praia em frente ao hotel esta passando por alguma reforma portanto não é possivel pegar praia em frente ao hotel.

Amazing experience with one icky thing
Pros:

Fantastic all around! From the breakfast, the service, to the incredible upgraded room. The pool was amazing!

The one icky thing was when we wanted to bring our couple friends up to hang out with us, we were told they weren’t allowed in our room whatsoever, and if we wanted them to hang at the pool we needed to pay 100 dollars. Didn’t make any sense.

Otherwise my honeymoon with my wife was PERFECT.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Great location. Beautiful hotel. Beach pretty much off limits due to construction. Staff not the most helpful. Had issues checking in even though I had pre called the hotel, IHG customer service and even written to advise of check in instructions.

Great hotel with limited beach access
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. There is construction keeping direct access to the beach limited. It is scheduled to be completed in six months
Front desk, maid and security are great. The restaurant has issues but I am willing to put the blame on me since I don’t Speak Spanish. Miscommunication seems to be a big issue there. Overall, I loved the hotel.

Great place to stay and rest
Pros:

Everything has been great and everyone has been super nice from pre lobby staff up. The suite is amazing with a great view and is always clean and very spacious. I would get it again if we come back. I booked through an online agency and I feel like the value-to-quality ratio is completely worth it.

This hotel is located in Bocagrande, which is away from the center in a good way, since it feels like a different region altogether. We ubered for most of the trip to city center and nearby places and never had an issue, although expect traffic around 8am and 4pm if you have a timed activity, nothing major though.

The breakfast is buffet style and worth it if you compare it to similar restaurants nearby. Very happy overall and would definitely recommend to family and friends and would love to come back!

"ir la milla extra" ... pagué por una buena habitación... si bien únicamente me quedé por dos noches, era porque tomé un crucero desde la ciudad... al regreso del crucero (por la mañana), mi vuelo salía ese mismo día pero por la tgarde, no tenía donde dejar maletas para seguir conociendo la ciudad, pregunté si me dejaban dejarlas en el hotel ya que había sido su huesped, la respuesta fue "no, porque no se quedará con nosotros cuando regrese" ... si hubiera dejado maletas luego de mi checkout por unas horas, no hubiera habido problema, y no importaba si fuera gratis o no, entiendo que el core business no es rentar espacios para maletas, pero lo vi como el mismo servicio unos días después... no era un año después, era porque prácticamente aún estaba en la ciiudad.... se que es un evento con bajas probabilidades de repetirse, pero lo dejo por si se puede extrapolar a otras ocasiones, el servicio sería más completo y aún pudiera cobrar un fee si gustan... el espacio lo tenían, no generaba un gasto.... este tipo de cosas terminan de dejar la experiencia como excelente o como simplemente satisfactoria.
