Grande insécurité
Pros:

Bravo à Envengelina, au service au restaurant. Elle est souriante, chaleureuse et elle est soucieuse de nos besoins. Le personnel est très aimable et ils semblent aimer leur travail. Le restaurant et le coin piscine est agréable.

Cons:

La musique beaucoup trop forte, ce qui m’a fait fuir l’espace piscine.
Aussi, les vitres sont si sale que même si l’hôtel est face a la mer, on la perçoit peu.
Enfin, aucune terrasse ou espace tranquille pour simplement regarder la mer, ni pour manger, ni simplement boire un café.
Et il y a un gros problème avec l’utilisation des espaces à la plage. C’est un espace public mais qui n’est pas régit, ni sécurisé, par la ville ou les hôtels. Ce qui fait en sorte qu’il y a des groupes criminalisés qui font les lois. Il y a abus auprès des touristes et fraudes afin de ne pas dévoiler les prix et rehausser ceux-ci. Les vendeurs itinérants sont incessants et on ne peut se reposer plus de 2 minutes sans interruptions. Alors pour cette principale raison, j’y retournerai plus jamais.

Great first time in Colombia!
Pros:

We had excellent time at the hotel. We had a club room with access to the lounge and the service there was exceptional. Particularly enjoyed the hospitality of Ledys Gomez who was extremely polite, professional and very warm. She helped me with my spanish 🙂

Great service!
Pros:

We visited Cartagena stayed at intercontinental Cartagena de indias. For my wife’s birthday. We couldn’t be happier with our accommodation from the from front desk to the concierge personnel. Special thanks to to our server Ledy on the club floor that attended us during our meals. Very attentive and kind. 10/10 thanks again ,will be returning.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcomed. Great service for my birthday trip
Pros:

The staffs were excellent. Oh my Khadijah Hammami the manager went above and beyond to make our stay a worthwhile. My friends did a surprise for my birthday and she executed it well. Every Details was done. Thanks so much. I will definitely be visiting intercontinental Cartagena! Again.

Limpieza, ubicación y amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Que hay veces donde los eventos corporativos ocupan espacio para el desayuno y eso hace que si no ocupas un asiento tengas que buscar alrededor, suele demorar más la atención pero luego todo bien. Igual en la piscina tal vez incluir más espacios porque si faltaban en las mañanas, se llenaba mucho.

Tropical and efficient
Pros:
