Für eine Nacht ist es okey. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Es war okei für eine Nacht. Uns hat gefallen das unsere Tochter ein eigenes Zimmer hatte zum schlafen. Einen riesen Bett für sich alleine. Wir hatten kein Babybett im Zimmer trotz Anfrage und Bestätigung jedoch hat das Personal uns schnell eins besorgt.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr alt, am Morgen kam viel Licht ins Zimmer da die Vorhänge nicht gut die Fenster abdeckten. Im Zimmer war es sehr feucht und kalt, wir konnten die Klimaanlage nicht ausschalten. Wir kamen spät im Hotel und trotz Hinweis und Bestätigung vom Babybett hatten wir keins im Zimmer.

Discreto il ristorante vicinissimo.
Pros:

Buona accoglienza del personale, facile da trovare. Però la reception è segnalata solo da una barra che si apre in automatico, che noi in macchina abbiamo oltrepassato per finire in una zona del hotel completamente vuota e apparentemente disabitata. Buona la colazione e gentilissimo il personale.

Cons:

I muri delle camere sono come veline e purtroppo si condividono tutti i rumori: televisione accesa del vicino, chiacchiere nei corridoi, famiglie con bambini, etc.etc. Il personale della reception dovrebbe, in caso le prenotazioni lo permettano, occupare una camera si è una no. Per un po' di riposo in pace.

È andato oltre le mie aspettative, anche grazie alla professionalità e gentilezza del personale di accoglienza, che è venuto incontro alle esigenze.
La struttura offre tutto quello che serve, dal parcheggio gratuito, ristorante nella zona, stanze comode spaziose e pulite.

Pros:

Hotel molto grande e carino, dotato di ampio parcheggio. Lo staff è veramente molto gentile e la colazione a buffet veramente ricca. Il secondo giorno dovevo alzarmi molto presto, nonostante la cucina non fosse ancora aperta sono stati così premurosi da farmi trovare una brioches ed un caffè prima della partenza. Reception aperta 24h su 24.

L'effetto ottico del corridoio del 2o piano che ricorda il film Shining e ha reso divertente il soggiorno.
