깨끗하고 친절하고 위치가 조용하고 모든 것이 만족스러웠으며 매니저와 가족들 모두가 마치 나의 집에서 생활하는것 처럼 편안했습니다.
귤과 바나나등 과일은 자유롭게 먹을수 있도록 카운터에 항상 비치되어 있으며 무료로 세탁할수 있도록 세탁기와 야외 빨레걸이가 준비되어 있습니다.

A Place for Quiet Ease
Pros:

Quiet, nature views, stylish rooms and kind Staff. A place for those who appreciate a slower pace and self-navigating [by foot or motorbike, etc]. Walking distance to local food and cafes. A short drive to tourist areas.

Pros:

Lovely little boutique hotel... Well condo residence . In a nice quite location but not to far from the main areas, room was very nice and comfortable. No breakfast or restaurant as its a residence not really a hotel but lovely anyways. Very pleased

It's a good value with friendly staff and OK accommodations.
Pros:

The room was good sized, clean, and nice. The hotel was cute. The bed was comfortable, by Thai standards. The staff were nice. I was able to rent a motorbike from the hotel. The hotel was on a side street.

Cons:

The feeling of outdoor views from the room window isn't like the view in our room. The view is of other buildings. While the hotel is outside of the busiest downtown area, all of Chiang Mai is busy, with a lot of traffic. There's no soap provided in the room. It's easy to buy soap, but still.... There are many lights and many light switches in the room, but the light over the mirror in the bathroom did not work. I had to go on the porch to shave. To be fair, I did not tell them about the light being out until I checked out, but still... wouldn't housekeeping report it?

Must stay.
Pros:

It is a small boutique hotel completely run by the owner and his family. This was our first stay in Chiang Mai. We were late for the Doi Inthanon National park and the owner dropped us to Maya center in the nick of time. He charged 100 bhat for the drive and saved us the trip. The hotel itself is beautiful and located a bit far from the city in tranquil environment.

Cons:

They don't serve any food. Hence, we need to go to restaurants nearby. However, plenty of restaurants available within 300m of the hotel.

What we needed in Chiang Mai
Pros:

The whole atmosphere, the staff, the room was big and had everything we needed. Its not in the busy center which we loved.

Cons:

Maybe more amenities like more soaps and such would be nice, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.
