The hotel was walking distance from restaurants, town center and boardwalk. The swimming pool was nice.
They would only accept cash for payment. There were a lot of tables and chairs set up, but no food or drink could be bought here.
Acceuil sympathique et beau hall d'entrée, les chambres sont correctes et il y une petite piscine dans le patio, Cette hôtel bien tenue vieilli doucement. Un peu cher tout de même quand on sait que le petit déjeuner n'est même pas inclus.

Nice central place in Masaya. Easy to walk around the town, even safely at night.

There was no breakfast. One bed had no linens. I couldn't change rooms despite nobody being there. The women were nice but only one was helpful and she was the one doing all the cleaning and work.
The people are excellent but having to ask them to open the parking garage is an issue.

Had a bad experience with the staff who overcharged my card by $5. When I noticed and queried the staff, I was told the Booking.com price was not valid because I paid by card (something they hadn’t once warned)! I then asked for a refund so I could pay by cash, which was refused. Awful service and rude in their handling of the issue which was left totally unresolved.

I didn't like it at all. It was the most expensive hotel I paid in Nicaragua, and it has the poorest service. The price did not go according to the facilities and customer service.
Owner was rude, they did not even help us find a restaurant. Instead, they only show us a super market. We had to explore Masaya by ouserselves without their help.
They hesitated to share wife password. Pool was not clean, pillows were uncomfortable, TV did not work. Facilities smell fresh paint. Owner made too many personal questions. They didn't want to show us the room before paying.
It was the most expensive hotel I've paid in Nicaragua and with the worst service. I don't recommend it at all. I indeed regret staying there. Next time, I prefer to book in Granada or any other hotel.
It was very strong smell of paint, could not sleep at all, beside every time I went out I needed it to ask for the key , cause it looks like a house did not have its own entrance …
